Minneapolis StoreOriginally delivery set-up was confused between email alerts and my phone conversations. I had set up Monday pickup & deliveries, but then received an email on the first Monday asking if I wanted to schedule a pickup. I did. I subsequently discovered that the email was for a concierge service Mulberry's had apparently contracted with. As a result, my original (phone-scheduled) delivery for 10am happened but then the concierge service was frustratedly wandering around for a few hours trying desperately to figure out what had happened. Although I called Mulberry's (Grand Ave.) to ask them to call the poor concierge drivers, I finally figured out how to cancel the on-line pickup online.Sending out a "Do you want a pickup today" when I already have an on-going pickup/delivery date is confusing.Also, when I was gone on two different Mondays, I had called to cancel my pickup/delivery and the driver didn't get the message on either Monday. (The first Monday I canceled on the previous Friday; the second Monday I canceled as soon as the store opened - at 7am - and the driver still didn't get the message.)

St. Louis Park StoreYou already made it right. When I came to pick up my order, one item was missing and several others came back with stains I thought you'd be able to remove still on them. When I picked up the missing item yesterday, you credited my account and applied the credit toward the final item, leaving a balance I can use in the future.

Delivery MN StoreDelivery instructions continue to not be followed. I requested my boots be dropped off outside my door and they were inside! I get nervous my small dog could accidentally slip out into the hall, which is why I want my order picked up and dropped off outside my door. My instructions, to date, have never been followed.

2295 Filbert St. StoreI have had a great experience with Mulberry's so far, however I wish it was possible to schedule a pickup on a different day than the one, set day a week for my neighborhood. The app does not allow for on demand pickup and so must I drive across town to drop my items off. That being said, customer service has been great and everyone I have spoken to is friendly and helpful in arranging drop off when my items are ready.
One thing- I sent a down coat to be washed in the laundry, specifying that it had to be fluffed with tennis balls. It came back smelling fresh however the down felt compacted and so I had to fluff it at home. I would appreciate it if next time I can rely on better down care.

St. Louis Park StoreI was thrilled with our clothes when they came to us all fresh, folded and even put on hangers! Definitely five stars there.I was less impressed with the getting started part. There was some breakdown in communication regarding where the clothes would be (on our back porch) for pick up. I explained it in detail to the person who signed me up for new service, but somehow that info never got to the driver. Our clothes were not picked up that day, even though I called around noon to make sure things were still on track. Our clothes were still out there that evening and I received no communication about any problem about the lack of a pick-up. I called the next day and rescheduled a new pick-up asap. When the driver got here he had no idea that he needed to go around to the back. Someone had to call me to inform me that the driver was there and didn't know where the clothes were. Luckily, I was able to answer the call and explain.I have to say that everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. It just seems to me that there is a lack of procedure for a new customer. Like an information sheet about what to expect, what I can do as a customer, and any other details to help streamline the whole experience.Despite the bumpy start, I plan on being a repeat customer and wish your business well. I really do love that you are earth friendly and have pick-up and delivery service.All the best,Mary

Delivery MN StoreMy pink cashmere sweater has a tiny spot on the front. It may be that you tried to get it out, but couldn't. The purple sweater was perfect, and the delivery people were great.
