Prices are a little high and I’ve had a mixed success rate; one time, my dress came back dirtier than it had been when I dropped it off (different spots of dirt!).

The dress was dry cleaned twice because the first time the stain did not come out. I came to pick it up after the first dry cleaning and was offered to have it done again because the stain didn't come out. I would have preferred a phone call letting me know that option existed instead of taking time out of the day to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I appreciate that it was done twice and was only charged once it was just an inconvenience to come down there twice. Other than that, I was completely satisfied! Thank you!

Very nice salespeople, but it took a very long time for the person to find our garments. This hasn't happened in the past, It might have been mt son's fault for not knowing what name it was under.
