Really awesome all the way through but one of the pants I got that needed to be taken in was not done very well at all on one of them. I haven't called back yet but I am sure you guys will fix it. You are always really good!

I paid for “executive press” for my dress shirt and my shirt came back with wrinkles along the bottom of the shirt. I’m not sure that “executive press” is worth the extra money.

It was good, overall. I understood that I was going to 50% off my order. In a huge hurry, running late, I picked up my laundry. The multiple items were not grouped together, so it took extra time to find them. The blue slips I was told don’t scan...so that took longer. And, not having time to ask why I didn’t get 50% off, I’ll now have to go back, after a week out of town. Saying all of that, I love the delivery service, I love the store, and the staff have been great. Seemed like some internal processes got in the way, rather than mistakes

I was sorry for the driver the first time he came, as I told him I'd leave the sweater at the front desk. The problem was there was no one at the desk to let him in. That was MY fault, as I should have given him my phone number, and I could have let hime in.The only complaint I would have was that there was food on the front edge of the cardigan. I was able to get it off, but it wasn't up to your standards. I always expect a perfect job from you, and will continue to use you in the few times I need you. Love the pickup and delivery service.

The app does not update pickup/delivery and still, 2 days after my clothes were returned to me after cleaning, the receipt is not showing up on the app. The cleaning seems fine, it's the app that needs improvement.
