The dry cleaning was great. What confused me was using the app and requesting my clothes to be picked up. It wasn't clear that the app would charge for scheduled pick up and deliveries. So on the day of pick up, 3 different people came to pick up my clothes, which worried me that I gave my clothes to strangers. I had to call and thankfully the staff was helpful to reassure me that my clothes were safe. The rating is for the app in it's lack of clarity and ability to input codes.

My experience has been excellent. I was surprised to see the email that my items had been moved to storage. Fortunately, I was able to get them before that happened. If I had known in advance that there was a time limit, I would probably avoided some worry.

The service is great. The employees are reliable, on time, and very polite.My only complaint is the following: when I bring in my suits, i have not necessarily used a lint roller on them before hand. After I pick them up, I feel like the clothes are clean, but I have to use a lint roller to make them look fresh.

Service was super convenient and overall great. Pants had a crease ironed into it... also the jacket was a little scuffed around the inner part of the collar, but this could be normal from the cleaning, and I think it is fine now.

Left some marks on the bedding that weren't there before. For over $50 for a comforter should probably be a better job. A bit disappointing this time around.

Fantastic pick up and drop off! I had 4 pairs of pants and 3 shirts cleaned. The shirts are wonderful. The pants turned out okay, I was hoping for a tighter press but they look okay. Would still use again for shirts.

My service was perfect! I was just being sent to many text messages reminding me my garment was ready. I work in the area. I don't live in the area so I wasn't going to drive her to pick up on the weekend. May be you can let customers know when they drop off that you will charge for storage after 14-30 days. Other than that everything is great. Thank you!

Pickup and delivery were both not smooth (pickup failed so after multiple attempts I ended up just dropping it off; dropoff was incomplete the first time Bc the driver left two items behind, so another one had to be called and I had to stay at home to wait for it). Also, I was overcharged for the coat. I was charged $22 for it being a “coat” (not to mention the $6 for the hood) even though I was separately charged $4 for the bottom portion of the jacket—which if you remove turns the garment into just a jacket. It would make sense for you to charge for the jacket and the detachable bottom portion separately, but charging for a “coat” AND the detachable bottom is double charging the added length. This is simple illogical.

Had an alteration done - looked great! Service was wonderful. Only glitch was a coupon i had wasn't working (20% off first alteration service). No worries, gentleman helping me gave me a free garment bag!
