Four stars is a good score, you'd have 4.5 if that was a possibility. I spend a few hundred dollars a month with you guys for my domestic laundry and I'm happy with the service. When you are not able to deliver to my address because you are out of garment bags, do tell me so, so that I don't have to track down myself what happened with my piece and why it's not been delivered, and then find time to come by during the day to pick it up from the store.

The service was great, as always. They did a fantastic at cleaning two winter coats. I used the app and delivery service for the first time. For some reason, my pickup address was in s Mpls when I live in St. Paul. The confirmation email had my correct address, but the driver called and had trouble finding my house. Inconvenient for the driver, but he was proactive about it and picked up later that day. I received an email confirmation telling me my ticket number. Was nervous since the email said only 1 item when I sent 2. Checked the app and it did have 2 items - again something with their system. As I waited for items to be dropped off, the app wasn’t helpful in telling me that it was out for deli that day - it still stated it hadn’t been picked up. They did deliver on promised date in the early evening. Their were just problems with the app, which will be worked out as they gain more experience with it. Overall, good experience with the quality I always expect from them.

Dry cleaning and laundry has been great. It’s the tailoring service that has been a challenge. Tailor Denise completed simple button and button hole modification on 3 shirts about a month ago, and they were great. I brought in four more fir the exact same work, but Denise didn’t get the order and another tailor did, who called me on a Sunday afternoon to clarify my request. Personally I thought the instructions the Mulberry staff put on the order were crystal clear. In a week or so the shirts came back instead of the collar button and it’s hole moved as requested, all the shirt buttons were moved and no change to the button hole. I brought the shirts back with the written instructions to mulberry and I was told that Denise would get the corrections completed. I received an email this week that my order was complete, so I stopped in and one shirt was back but the other three weren’t. I’m being charged again for the changes and the charges reflect the time it took Denise to undo what the other tailor did. On average my dress shirts new cost over $200 and it’s really important to me to have the shirts look right.

Why do you not print off receipts when a person drops off the clothes and why when I pick up my clothes, I still don't get a printed off detail receipt, I would like to see a detailed information receipt with cost when I drop off my clothes; if I request it. Is it possible to lower your fees, green cleaning shouldn't be that expensive... I like the way you clean my clothes but the high fees and not knowing what the cost is upon delivering them to you would cause me to look at alternatives.
