Delivery MN StoreI set up the pick up on the phone. The next day I called to make sure they were picking it up at 15:00...they did not have it scheduled. ???
Also I was charged for stain removal for a bedspread that was not stained and was vertically brand new and used for one season. I like Mulberrys otherwise but this transaction seemed difficult.

244 Townsend StoreOverall the experience with Mulberrys cleaners and your staff has been fantastic. Home goods estimated timelines have been a bit off and also stain removal has been hit and miss. We have received items back that still had stains while the ticket says all stains were removed. Staff has been very helpful in these situations. Overall you all provide a very nice and convenient service.

Delivery MN StoreThe item I sent wasn't as much dirty as it smelled sweaty from my teen. I noted that it had body odor and thought you might be able to address it a bit. It smells the same, if not worse than when I sent it and I feel like it wasn't really worth sending it in at all. While I appreciate the natural approach of Mulberry's -- I would have preferred to have the item sent back and have been told that you can't address body odor. Thanks- Anne

Delivery MN StoreIt was my second time using mulberry. The pick up and delivery was better than last time. The problem that I gave a 4 star is the stain on my silk blouse was not completely removed. Make me feel not satisfied. Because they are professional, so they should have solution.

The cleaning itself is great, we just asked for all metal hangers when dropped off, but still received a wood hanger upon pickup. Plus there was untially an issue with the coupon I presented and I was told it was already used, which is wasn’t. The sales clerk was able to add the credit another way.

Delivery MN StoreThe gown I sent to be cleaned (and presumably pressed) was wrinkled upon receipt. The driver hung the garments on the coatrack on the porch per usual so I'm not sure where the issue occurred.

244 Townsend StoreThe overall service at the Berry location is great but I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars because a 30% coupon that I received from my last order was rejected during my next order. Both the service person and I looked at the coupon and saw that it wasn’t expiring until July, yet the system wouldn’t accept the discount. I then tried using anothe promotional email coupon that wasn’t expiring until a few days later and that, too, was rejected by the system. It was frustrating.
