San Carlos StoreI don't like the labels being applied to all of my clothing and put right on the tag where there is information about fabric and care instructions. This seems counterintuitive considering the dry cleaner needs to have the instructions.

Delivery-SF StoreDelivery and quality of services is good. One issue is constantly reoccurring over the past couple months—it is our preference to have our clean laundry covered when it is returned to our front porch as it may be there for 1-6 hours and needs to be protected. It is also a strong preference of our to have the environmentally friendly reusable laundry bag as a cover. Today was the 5th time in 2 months that Laundry was either left uncovered or with a poly bag. Please correct this going forward

Edina StoreI brought in a men's navy blue suit and a men's pair of tan trousers. I did not check my order when I picked it up. The tan trousers were bagged with the navy suit jacket, and the navy trousers were separate. Luckily I peeked in the bags before my husband grabbed a mismatched suit for business travel!

And the delivery was incomplete, resulting that part of the order was delivered while I was traveling, laying on my doorstep for several days.

When I received my promotional email after I dropped off my garment, it would have been good if the local person could have taken care of the promotion instead of me having to email the office. Overall though it was good and I still got the discount.

Roseville StoreThe service has been great. I wish, though, that the clothes weren’t as wrinkled when they return. Additionally, if the clothes were somewhat sorted by gender/size, that’d be great. Albeit minor challenges, these changes would bring my rating to a “perfect”.
