Delivery MN Storeplease ring bell next time. my items were left outside the door with no doorbell ring. I live right in front of the bus station. I get tons of packages stolen. Thankfully, I was able to get my items.

St. Paul StoreI am a first time customer and rated Mulberrys 4 out 5 stars, which I think is a great rating. I have used other cleaning services and comparatively your rates seem a bit higher than other cleaners I have used. I think over time I will have to see if the increased pricing is worth the increased cost.

Palo Alto StoreCustomer service at the store was five stars, and so was communication throughout via emails letting me know about a slight delay. The clothing itself looked good. But my black coat came back pressed and clean -- with some white bits of lint and fluff on it. Not a lot, but generally my coats come back without any lint or fuzz from the dry cleaner. Hence the four stars overall.

St. Louis Park StoreStopped in to pick up twice right before closing time posted only to be told the register had already been cashed out and I could not retrieve my dry cleaning. I used a location in a grocery store that is a convenient drop off for me on my way to work. I assumed 7pm closing time was just that, not 6:55.

101 California At. StoreEmail receipt of my drop-off was not received until many hours later. I actually called the location to confirm they had my email in the system. Not sure if it was user error- the woman helping me seemed new. Or maybe it was a glitch in the system..
