2295 Filbert St. StoreOverall the experience was pretty convenient, after working out the miscommunication on the pickup schedule. After my garments were laundered, they were returned a day ahead of schedule and in great condition. I would definitely recommend Mulberry’s and we will be using the service again.

Minneapolis Store1. I thought your website said you used compostable plastic bags. While they are recyclable, they don’t appear to be compostable.2. I would prefer not having the cardboard collar stuff—it would produce less waste. But I get that some people prefer it.3. The iPhone app is a little hard to work with. I inadvertently canceled an order and tried to put in a new one. When I looked at orders it didn’t show any, but my order still got picked up and, surprisingly, delivered as I was on the way to pick it up at the store.4. When I looked at the order on the app it shows under order history three shirts at 3.99 each. Yet the total billed to my credit card was $25.11–which is cool because I had more than 3 shirts and because I think I jacked up the order when I tried to reorder after inadvertently canceled the first order and inadvertently got expedited service which I know costs more. Still the order history should reflect the actual order.Otherwise, aside from the glitches service is awesome and I look forward to an awesome experience in the future.

St. Paul StoreThe staff that I met with while dropping off/picking up items were very professional, prompt and pleasant. My only disappointment was that the receipt did not include descriptions of items and cost... this would have been helpful as I experienced a bit of sticker shock when the actual bill came (I had previously tried to estimate the cost based on the prices listed online).

Delivery MN StoreNo clothing bags were left with the delivery of my cleaned clothes.I would like to receive a bag to put my next set of clothing (to be cleaned) in. Also, is there a label or form for me to fill out, when I leave my clothes for pickup, so that you know that they are mine and how I want them cleaned?I downloaded the Mulberrys app on my phone but it did not show that my order had been delivered.Otherwise, we are happy with the cleaning.

2295 Filbert St. StoreI was a brand new customer and when dropping off my items I asked how much it would cost and was verbally told $34. When I went to pick up my items the price was over $40, I understand that mistakes can happen but I think it would be better to provide a written quote with all tickets.
I was also pretty disappointed with the service I received from the lady behind the counter when I did my pick up, I had taken two new items in to be altered and she acted like she was doing me a huge favor and as if I was wasting her time.
