St. Louis Park StoreSnow had drifted up to block the door, so I needed to go through the adjacent wig store and back hallway to get to Mulberry's. However, staff were very accommodating and helpful, and my order was completed before the anticipated pick up time and was well done. The difficult access on that particular day is the only reason for not rating my experience as 5 stars.

Delivery MN StoreThe driver left my cloths at the neighbors house for the 3 rd time. Please make sure that doesn't happen any more. There is also 1 black pants missing from my wife.

Delivery MN StoreThe pick-up and drop-off service is great and I love the reminder texts. I primarily chose Mulberry's for the eco-friendly cleaning methods. My clothes are clean without chemical smells. However, I think you need to work on the final pressing. The two blazers I got back yesterday don't look great. One wasn't even buttoned and the other one was bagged with the collar points turned up. I will have to iron myself before I can wear it. Less importantly, one of the hangers was broken too.

Eagan StoreIt was the customer service. The gentleman told me my jacket would be available “tomorrow evening after 5pm”, but when I went back to get it we were told that it was not ready for another 24 hours. Then, when we came back a second time there was a man sitting at the desk in the back room who very loudly exclaimed to someone back there, “Why don’t these idiots just know to stay home in this weather?” just before walking to help my husband get my jacket. There were other customers there as well. It was very cold weather in our area this week but I needed my jacket because it was my only one, which is why we we still left the house to pick it up.

St. Louis Park StoreThe cashier billed me incorrectly so I had to take time out and call to get it corrected. I was then told to call back a few days later since the individual who could correct my bill was not available. It was a dragged out inconvenience that was unnecessary.
