2295 Filbert St. StoreMultiple times recently that I came to Mulberrys, there was always some sort of technical problem. The card reader doesn’t work, the system is down, the wifi is out, etc etc. each time I had to return without getting anything done!

San Carlos StoreWhen i first came to have my clothes service for dry clean, i asked the person that assisted me if how much would it cost me to have my long gown and blazer to be dry cleaned because if it cost me more than i paid for the clothes i should think about it first and decide later? She said they will assist it first and will call me for quote, but no one called me and just an email that says that my clothes are ready to be picked up. So i guess on that time i don't have any options but to get my clothes and pay for whatever the company will charge me for it.

244 Townsend StoreThe shoes that were shampoo'ed still had some stains of them. Also, I was initially mentioned that the shampoo for the shoes will cost 12.99 but was charged 35 dollars at time of the payment. Thanks!

207 Berry St. StoreThe woman who I met when I dropped off was stellar. I would have given 5 stars. But the person who I checked out with when picking the item up was not very professional. I was picking up a very large rug that had stains on it when I dropped it off. I simply asked if Mulberry was able to get the stains out. She shrugged and replied, “I have no idea”. I thought that was an odd response to a reasonable question. She quickly rang me up and sort of ignored me when I was carrying the large item out with my partner. I didn’t expect her to help me with the item but perhaps holding the door open or helping me figure out a way to keep the door open would have been nice, especially when we were the only customers in there at the time.
