Minneapolis StoreI brought my suit in for cleaning on a special wooden suit hanger. When I picked it up the suit was on two Mulberry's hangers. I asked the service agent if I could have my own hanger back and it looked like it was going to be a hassle. Luckily I could see my hanger on a rack up against the back wall. I would have liked for my suit to be returned on the hanger that it was brought in on. I also would have liked for the customer service to be a little more friendly and personable.

207 Berry St. StoreOne of the blazers that I sent in for dry cleaning was returned with some white marks that I was able to remove with my nails but showed it was not cleaned well.

101 California At. StoreThe service itself was excellent, efficient and friendly. My order was finished earlier than quoted, and I appreciate the email updates. The only downside (i would only knock down half a star if that were an option) is the pricing.

244 Townsend StoreConfusion with the system in picking up/dropping off my clothes. A mulberry employee picked up my clothes a day before the scheduled time, which was okay, however during the scheduled pick up time I received 3 separate calls of employees coming to pick up my clothes. I also received an email that my order was complete but the tracker online said that it wasn’t. Everything else was great!

2295 Filbert St. StoreMulberrys is great when I call or visit the store person. Communication can be improved - I have had a tedious ordeal in getting a suede jacket cleaned. I called in advance and understood that Mulberrys would send the jacket out to an outside vendor with pickup on Wednesday’s, and the vendor would call me to let me know how much to clean/authorize the work. Vendor never called. I received a txt saying order was complete. Initially I was not too bothered by the lack of a call and was thrilled that the jacket was cleaned. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived at the mulberries only to find that the jacket was returned having been rejected before even making it to the vendor. I asked Mulberrys for my options and called the vendor directly who asked that I send the jacket via Mulberrys again with directions stating to the attention of a specific person with the vendor. I brought the jacket in again and Mulberrys sent it. I didn’t hear from Mulberrys or the vendor except that via email/txt that item is delayed a day AFTER the expected pick up date, and then again via email/txt a week later that item is ready to pick up. I still don’t know if the jacket actually got cleaned or not. Hoping for the best...

207 Berry St. StoreMy coat was dry cleaned nicely but there were creases in both shoulders. I steamed to get rid of them after I brought it home. However I’m satisfied with the outcome and will bring more garments again.

Delivery MN StoreWould like it if they would notify me by ringing doorbell or knock or text that clothes were delivered...they were discovered hanging on door simply because I heard voices out my window because of construction, so I went to check on it, and found my stuff. Other than that, this was a fabulous experience!!

Delivery MN StoreI was able to schedule a pickup for Monday between 2pm and 4pm. When I got home from work around 6pm and the clothes were still sitting there I reached out. There was a scheduling glitch and they confirmed they would pick up the clothes Tuesday morning. That went smoothly, however I was surprised I did not receive any emails or communications about the final price. I wish I had received an email receipt. My clothes were returned to me and I still had no idea how much I had paid for the service! They did a wonderful job though. Also I tried to apply a coupon and it didn't work.

San Carlos StoreEverything is perfect. Took off one star for using plastic bags for cleaned items. Hope you can find some alternative green solutions in the near future. Or no wrapping at all :))
