Your hours are very limited at 101 California. You open after I start work, are closed during lunch, and close right when I get off work. I had to take time off to get my laundry. Next time I will try your delivery service instead. Otherwise the experience was good. Your staff are very efficient.

Service was good, clothes were cleaned well. I had a bit of sticker shock when I picked up my order - prices higher than other dry cleaners in the area despite a 20 percent off coupon. Maybe have a estimate prior dropping clothes off or have your prices more clearly listed online or on the app.

I sent 4 items this week and they came back in 3 different bags. I live in a apartment building and have to sort thru dozens of bags to find my order.It would help to have all my items together in one bag or if separate bags to be placed together. Also if my name on the label was in big bold letters that would help.Otherwise, the cleaning is great.Ken

Your cleaning job was outstanding. You restored my very expensive Etro coat to its original condition after a clumsy waitress had poured tomato consommé all over it and I am very grateful. My only suggestion is that you not send an email saying that my order is ready for pickup when only part of it is ready. I got the email and rushed to your site to get my coat only to learn that it was not, in fact, ready. This was not just disappointing, it was irritating.

Cleaning and garment care great. I do wish the staff were warmer and friendlier. My former dry cleaner had the friendliest intake people. The only reason I switched was I that I dislike the smell of perchlorate. But I do miss the smiles and warm greetings.

Everything was fantastic except for where the bags (2) were left when my cleaning was returned to my home. I had understood that some type of an over-the-door hanger would be used at my front door. Instead, it was left hanging on my broken flag pole holder next to my garage door and driveway where it was very visible to anyone on the street and would have had no protection from inclement weather. My front door would be much less visible since it would require following sidewalk, going two steps up to covered porch and across porch to front door.

This store gets wash and fold deliveries last from the truck so my order wasn’t ready for pickup until after my office closed, so I had to wait another day.
