Very professional and good service. A bit expensive however (that's my only gripe)

Nothing for you to do.... Just always concerned that I will encounter Bonnie. The experience with her was so bad, I always think of that as I enter the store. I have heard that one bad experience can cost you a customer - but I have never had this happen to me before.

I typically use the lockers located at Oakland City Center Garage. A lot of the lockers appear broken or inoperable at this location.

my friend dropped off dry cleaning for me and I’m not sure when I should receive it- please clarify

Delivery was delayed

I asked if some wine stains could be removed from a dress shirt and the reply was we can try. Which was totally fine but I asked if you can’t get the stains out would I have to pay and the young lady said yes. It just didn’t make any sense to me. If I bring a car in to be fixed and they don’t fix it why would I pay. Other than that the service was great and quick. Thank you and I hope this helps. The lady was overall nice and was probably following a policy but maybe it should be looked at.

The iPhone app is terrible and never works. You can only enter orders on a computer.

Very pricey

I found the price to be higher than other cleaners for a similar service.I'd also recommend that you offer a guarantee for cleaning. The bio clean costs $9.99, but doesn't come with a guarantee if the cleaning doesn't work?Thank you

for most everything, it was great. however, the dress I took in for dry cleaning with a small coffee stain came back with the stain still intact. I will need to drop it off again to have it re-cleaned.

My garment bag was initially misplaced since the outside label with my name apparently fell off. Chris was my contact person and was very pleasant and reassuring that my wife's clothing would be found. The delivery of the garments was 3 days later than expected, but all the clothes were located and the work done was outstanding. My wife was very satisfied. I think we will not have any problems with misplaced laundry bundles, since the new bag has our name and address securely attached. We look forward to working with Mulberrys in the future. Some missing items (e.g. socks)

Needed a simple re hem on pants. Was told that it would take a week, and rushing it was 30% more. Even though I only needed it in 4 days. A gem most dry cleaners will do in 1 day 2 tops.
