seams and sleeves could be ironed better and tags inside need to be ironed smooth not wrinkled

My comforter had some lumps at the hem rather than the filling being evenly distributed throughout as it was when I brought it in

Everything was very clean and they even got a stain out of one of my dresses. But one of my blazers had some plastic leather as accents that were all in great condition before the cleaning. When I got it back, they were all torn up and there was no acknowledgement that my blazer was ruined when I picked up my items at the store. I only knew once I was home and unwrapping my items - there was no note on the Blazer like mulberry does if something is previously stained or torn.

Faster pickup and delivery times.

The app needs improvement. The Laundry Locker App was better

Both my husband and I are enjoying the quality of your service. We will say that we have been less than pleased with the friendliness of your staff. They are not rude, but not friendly and seem put out. We used Martinizing down the road and they knew us and every single employee not only recognized us, but were friendly. I am sure this will change as you get through your soft opening.

The first experience was substandard due to the length of time it took to fill the order. I had to send an email to inquire as to when I could expect my cloths. I was expecting the same level of service as Laundry Locker - it took many days longer.However, my second experience was much better.

Oops...I meant to hit all 5 stars...not that good with the electronics...one reason why the app did not work for me...did not get an email telling me the laundry was done. I did like this laundry and will be back. Thank-you!

Shirts on awkward fitting hangars and left mostly unbuttoned to wrinkle out of shape

I havent always had stains removed that I mentioned. Also, I keep receiving discount offers that i cannot use.

I wasn't sure when the return delivery would be and I had to call and ask. How am I supposed to know without calling? I couldn't tell on the app.

I have lockers in my building and your app asks for pickup time, not applicable for lockers. Also, can’t place order and pickup on same day, don’t you have a cutoff time for same day pickup?

Slow service at pick up. It took time to find all my clothing and generate the payment receipt instead of having it ready

No need to follow up, everything is fine accept that most of the time I do not get the laundry bag I drop off the clothes in returned to me with the clothes I pick up. I was given 7 bags from your staff, (2 first time I went and my Own bag was missing, then 2 more bags, then 2 more and then 1more) and each of those bags staff put my information on each bag. The annoying part is that I would ask each and every time if the bag is included with my clothes and I would be told yes and go home and find out they were not there. However, The last time I went which was yesterday the bag was finally included with the clothes so I hope it continues that way:) because I live in subdivision next door so really convenient location for me;) Thank you.

My only complaint is that the email I received said that I could pick up after 5:00 but it’s really after 6:00, so I had to wait around for 30 minutes.

Dropped off 8 total pieces, including a suit. The regular clothes were just fine but my suit jacket did not get pressed, and was given back to me wrinkled and uneven

Didn’t LOVE the quality of how my blouse was dry cleaned. Got wrinkly and quality of blouse material has gone down.

Didn't realize the delivery service was run by Postmates and so was very confused when they called me saying they were downstairs when I was home and expecting to be dropped off at the front desk.

Pickup and delivery can’t be set in my app, and it takes too long between pickup and delivery, no explanation why.
