Everything was fabulous except it was pretty pricey. Price would be the only reason I’d consider going elsewhere, I just can’t afford to spend that much on dry cleaning. But service was exceptional!

I did not receive another laundry bag with my last clothes delivery on 8/14/19 at the Solaire apartment building.

The person on the phone was very confused about your rug services, but the online experience was great.

Service was fine, 5 stars if I didn’t have to pay more for same day press.

Good service and communication. Will use again. Little on the expensive side, but not shockingly so given the location.

I brought in a white shirt for a press and when I got it back there was a stain on the shirt.

They said the shirt would be available after 5 on Wednesday, but it wasn’t available until Thursday morning.

Several years ago I ordered a $60 for $45 special or something like that. I had thought that I accumulated credit, but it appeared to be lost in the system. I had several more orders and no mention of the credits. Then $23.99 in cash credit magically appeared when I downloaded the app years later. This does not give me a lot of confidence in Mulberry's.

I would love for the Mulberry's App to be as simple, easy to use and elegant in user design as the Laundry Locker App. Everything else has been great.

Bring back the Laundry Locker weight plans.

Unclear what the different wash/dry cleaning options are

For starters, I’ve had issues utilizing the old laundrylocker lockers on your app. When I drop off laundry in the morning, the app tells me “same day pickup” can’t be accommodated but then I can’t select the following day for it to be picked up. Waiting until the afternoon seems to solve this, but little issues like this erode your service’s convenience. I’ve also had difficulty contacting anyone over the phone if I have an issue. Also, just these last two days my order of six shirts to be pressed was strangely split up into two separate orders - the first arriving yesterday and the second (I believe, but I haven’t able to pick it up yet) this morning, without any communication clarifying why such a small order had been split up or any assurance that the remainder of the order would be delivered soon. Given your service is roughly double the cost of the dry clearers down the street, I should really be able to expect a much more seamless experience. Happy to discuss further. Thanks.

I have no complaint about the dry cleaning of my jacket. I was disappointed that I didn't have an itemized receipt of the charges. I have no idea if I received the 25% discount that I was to get.
