Eagan StoreService was great. Price is steep. Also would prefer the cheaper metal hangers as I travel a bunch and they can go right in the suitcase. The wood ones take up a lot of room for dress shirts.

Dallas StoreVery slow when picking up my things after 5. Was initially told some of my items were not ready and then I had to wait quite a while for them to be found and pulled. Also a note on one bag saying there was a small tear in a fairly new pair of white pants in my order and I do not recall any small tear in those pants as was noted and I have not looked at the pants since I picked them up.

Delivery MN StoreI sent an email asking for a breakdown of my invoice to understand what the charges for each piece were and never got a response.It was unclear to me how much was charged for a tie and based on the published prices for other pieces it seemed that the price for the tie was higher than the price for a full suit.Either way the service in general (pickup, dropoff, etc) was good and fast.

Edina StoreMy service and store experience were perfect. The quality of the work was perfect. However, I don't care to use credit cards and was informed that I couldn't pay cash for my dry cleaning. This may be a convenient policy for Mulberry's but it created a major inconvenience for us.
