2295 Filbert St. StoreI placed our order on Friday for a Monday mid-day pick-up. End of the rolls around and still no one here. We had to call to get someone to even come. They sent someone immediately so that was a plus. I get an email on Tuesday that the order is ready and would be delivered. End of Thursday, items have still not been delivered. Had to call yet again to get someone to deliver. If I ordered pick-up and delivery and we're paying for this service, I should have to call to question both times when someone is coming. Please improve this!!!

2295 Filbert St. StoreHi, I submitted a short list of special care instructions for two items included in my wash+fold, and the store attendant had me pull them out so she could write the care on their tags. The instruction was not to machine dry and both items have been dried and shrunk. One was an $85 shirt and has shrunk considerably. Unfortunately this is the second time I've had items ruined in Mulberry's wash+fold and I don't know that I'll be back.

2295 Filbert St. StoreI'm sad to write this review because I had such wonderful, easy service at the Marina Mulberry's. The man working there is beyond lovely - so nice, so friendly. However my wash+fold came back with many white items permanently stained red - 3 towels, and a handful of shirts and pillowcases. There was an orange and red towel in the load but I'm rather sure I've washed it before, so I'm surprised if that caused this. The items are unfortunately definitely ruined and will need replacing. I understand accidents happen, but would like to have been notified before pickup as this is very noticeable. My ticket # for the load was 08-101553.

2295 Filbert St. StoreHi Mulberry, I like your service but on my last order I was told my order would be ready for puck by Wed after 5pm. I arrived at 4:49pm and was told tat half my order would arrive later that day with no guaranteed time. The man who was there was very nice but I was frustrated. I asked for free delivery as a consolation because it’s a pain to come back but I don’t think he was able to make this call. It’s not a huge deal but I’ve been so happy with your service up to that point, it was disappointing.

2295 Filbert St. StoreI have not seen consistent quality of service with Mulberry's. Particularly, the stain inspection process has not been satisfactory. I have had to return garments with visible stains several times now, for a second cleaning. A simply quality check would have prevented that, even if that means I have to wait an extra couple of days until my order is ready.

2295 Filbert St. StoreHello,My wife went into Mulberrys and had another bad experience. What follows is her account:I went in to pick up the item. She told me the total, $10.75. I asked what had happened to the 30% off coupon we had brought in. She said there was a note in the system that the coupon had already been used, so they couldn't apply it. We definitely did not use that coupon, since it had been sitting in our house since we got it. But, I let it go.I then put my card in the machine to pay for the dry cleaning. After I've done so, the attendant tells me that they have a 20% off deal for March, but I couldn't use it since I brought the pants in in February. I correct her and told her that I had brought them in just a few days ago, definitely in March (for reference, the item was brought in March 6th and the invoice was 03-010271). She said, "oh, do you want to apply that discount, then?" Which I of course did.So she said she would cancel and refund my current transaction and then charge me for the new, discounted price. I put my card back in the card reader so she could refund the $10.75. The machine beeped and she said that it didn't go through, then said kind of quietly, "oh, we can do a cash credit." So I thought that meant I would get the $10.75 back in cash.Then she had me put my card back in the reader so she could charge me the discounted price. I asked what was happening with the $10.75 credit. She said that it had been issued as a credit to our account. She said, "I guess I should have told you that earlier." Seriously.This was very frustrating, as I then had to pay the $8.63 on top of that--all in all, I was charged almost $20 just to get my one piece of dry cleaning. I understand that we got the credit, but we don't go into Mulberry very often. I would have rather just paid the $10.75 and left it at that if I had know that I wouldn't actually have the charge removed from my credit card.

2295 Filbert St. Storeshirt came back with a dirty fingerprint on the outside of the collar. def wasn’t there before. i asked for extra starch on the collar which was done but def not at the expense of cleanliness!

2295 Filbert St. Storewent to location on a Sunday during normal business hours. Location was not open. Called location, left message. Did not receive return phone call. Sent email to Mulberry's customer service about issues. Did not receive reply. Failure on multiple fronts here. Mulberry's is expensive, if it's not perfect what is the point. Went back to the location on a different day. Got clothes, person in shop had no insight or even knowledge of location having mysteriously been closed.

2295 Filbert St. StoreMy sweatshirt that I just bought was returned completely discolored. The white string were bluish. My sweatshirt was brand new and expensive. I thought taking it to the dry cleaners would be the best way to take care of it but apparently not. I can’t believe it was returned to me in this condition. They are sending it to a lab to get fixed but I really needed this item for this weekend. Really disappointed and frustrated with what happened. I am hoping they can fix.

2295 Filbert St. StoreOn Saturday August 24 I came in to Mulberry on 207 Berry St to have my scheduled clothes picked up. The women that was working there told me she couldn’t find my clothes and took her 30mins to find. She proceeded to give me a rude gesture and told me to come back another day. After 30 mins she found them. I then proceeded to pay for my items with cash but was declined. There was no apology for the inconvenience and instead she told me to please not come back! This will be my first and last time I will support this establishment! I will also continue to share my horrific experience on yelp and other platforms on social media!
