Pickup and delivery were both not smooth (pickup failed so after multiple attempts I ended up just dropping it off; dropoff was incomplete the first time Bc the driver left two items behind, so another one had to be called and I had to stay at home to wait for it). Also, I was overcharged for the coat. I was charged $22 for it being a “coat” (not to mention the $6 for the hood) even though I was separately charged $4 for the bottom portion of the jacket—which if you remove turns the garment into just a jacket. It would make sense for you to charge for the jacket and the detachable bottom portion separately, but charging for a “coat” AND the detachable bottom is double charging the added length. This is simple illogical.

The quality of the alterations that were completed were done well, just didn’t seem like the alterations lady wanted to do the alterations the way I wanted to do them or that she wanted my business when I went to drop it off there.

Everything was fantastic. Our only issue was with our coupons. We gave you the 50% coupon and only part of our bill was reduced. Each item had been deducted a certain amount, but some items either were reduced or not at all. It was difficult trying to figure out how much was taken off because the receipts were not easy to understand. Outside of that issue the service was excellent our clothes look fantastic and we will be continuing with your company.

I have had a great experience with Mulberry's so far, however I wish it was possible to schedule a pickup on a different day than the one, set day a week for my neighborhood. The app does not allow for on demand pickup and so must I drive across town to drop my items off. That being said, customer service has been great and everyone I have spoken to is friendly and helpful in arranging drop off when my items are ready. One thing- I sent a down coat to be washed in the laundry, specifying that it had to be fluffed with tennis balls. It came back smelling fresh however the down felt compacted and so I had to fluff it at home. I would appreciate it if next time I can rely on better down care. Thanks!

The order was lost at some point. It was recovered after I messaged and called. The cleaned laundry was delivered with one jacket belt missing. Also, I was told that a laundry bag will be provided for my first order delivery since I am a new customer but the order came back without a laundry bag for next order.

Hello! This past order - our first since the combination with Laundry Locker - was a bit less than ideal. No one picked up on the date/time I had set ... they came when I submitted a second request. And then, when the clothes were delivered two shirts were off the hanger and hanging out the bottom of the bag - dragging the sidewalk when my husband met the delivery guy at the door. Eeek!
