Edina StoreYour business was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to try you out. I brought in two wool hats and a wool trench coat along with your on-line coupon for a $20 new customer discount. The store called to notify me that cleaning the hats would cost $70 apiece. I chose to not clean the hats and was thankful you called me to confirm the price.I picked up my items this week. There was no charge for the hats and $25 charge for the trench coat. Your attendant said that my $20 off coupon had been deducted from the total making the full cost of cleaning the coat $45. I thought that price was excessive and was grateful that I had the discount coupon. The previous cleaning cost me $18 at a different company. I will continue to search for a cleaner with good service and prices.

Edina StoreThis was my 1st time using Mulberry's in Edina. I had used the Mulberry's in Roseville a number of years ago as part of a corporate account and our family always had a great relationship there.
Strike 1
The Edina location was not the experience I was looking for. I had a coupon for 50% off and asked a lot of questions when dropping off. Sadly I must have left the coupon in the car or at home. The gentleman said I needed to have the coupon at time of drop off to get the discount.A company such as Mulberry's pays thousands of dollars to advertise for new clients and business. If a person comes to your your door saying they are aware of a coupon offer and was willing to bring the coupon in later....it seems it would be a win-win for both the customer and the your company. I was told to get the coupon if I wanted the discount. I had 11 shirts and 6 prs of pants in my car.Luckily for me I never had to leave the parking lot as I dropped the coupon in the car. I registered at the store and received a bag for the rest of my cleaning and was told my cleaning would be done the following Tue.On Monday I received a notice my cleaning was done. I arrived at 7:00 to pick up my order. The gal was very friendly to the customer in front of me and educated him on the various cleaning products offered by Mulberry. She gave him a handful of free samples. Cool...I'm thinking. I've been looking for a new detergent and fabric softener. It's my turn now. The gal is getting my order but can find no record of my coupon. The reason for me driving this far is the 50% off and memories of great service....no wire hangers either.Strike #2
The great service went out the door with the last customer. Since I didn't leave my pants to be cleaned I'm expecting my order to be under $30...not $58. After a discussion the gal does see I'm not in the system prior to this order and charges me accordingly.I'm asking questions about the detergent and fabric softener. She had all kinds of info for the guy before me but now admits she has never used the products before. I'm not even allowed a single sample of any of the products. I'm sure I don't have bad breath or BO so am wondering why the difference in treatment? No worries... I might try this location again or more likely the one on Lyndale is a bit closer. The clothes look great...no wire hangers. I'm not sure in the long run if the price is worth it though. Time will tell.
Thanks

Edina StoreCharging for stains that I had No idea were there without approval is a money grab and not a premium service. I feel this happens without my approval no matter what I drop off. Almost every time. Not appropriate and I have lost trust in your business.

Edina StoreI just cleaned and preserved my wedding dress and veil through Mulberry’s. It was returned to me with what looks to be some other bride’s rhinestones (from a sash or dress perhaps) attached around the waist area. Now I have to bring it back to Mulberry’s, wait for it to be fixed, and pick it up again.

Edina StoreI stopped in to see if Mulberry's would be able to wash our white "coverlet" blanket that is very large (for a cali king bed). I asked if they had "industrial sized washing machines" and if that's how they would wash it (which is what the instructions on the tag call for), and the woman working said they would be able to do it, no problem. I picked it up and pulled it out of the bag and it is still fairly dirty. There's still spots from dirt on it and the coloring doesn't look white...it just looks dirty still.Does Mulberrys have industrial machines they can wash items in? If not, does dry-cleaning even help remove stains and dirt spots? I would love to know so I can determine where else to bring items like this in the future. Thank you.

Edina StoreI haven't even picked up my dry cleaning yet. This rating is due to the young women who "helped" me on 8/8/17 around 8am at the Edina location by Davanni's. She was as rude and dismissing as I had ever experienced at your store. I have always said to my wife how fantastic the employees at this location have always been. Until yesterday! Please have a talk with her and explain this behavior will not help her going forward in her career, whatever career she chooses.Still love you guys!

Edina StoreI like a lot of things here including the location and the hours but in the past you have lost one of my clothing items and also damaged one, so I haven't been using your service as frequently as i otherwise would.

Edina StoreI sent an email replying to one of these requests but it may not have reached the correct person.
I dropped off some dry cleaning plus a pair of pants that needed a hem repair on 1/11. I was told the cleaning would be ready on Tuesday, but that the pants would take more time b/c they needed to be tailored and also cleaned. I was told the pants would be ready on 1/17. I needed the clothes for a trip on 1/23. I kept going to the store and picked up the cleaning, but the pants kept being delayed. They were finally ready on 1/24. Had I known about the delay, I would have brought the pants elsewhere. I do plan to pick up the pants when I return from my trip, but I hope that you don’t charge me for them. I’ve used Mulberry’s regularly for the last few years but am very disappointed in this case.

Edina StoreI gave them a ethnic dress contains 3 prices with oil stains from a pickle
They returned them with very little done
When went to pick up, I re checked to make sure for the stains
They were removed from one and not other two
When I showed one at the counter said she did not know andvthe other said that’s all they could do!! And charged me double price of a dress for one dress
I brought it back and hand washed the left over marks from their cleaning.
