St. Paul StoreMy customer experience at Mulberry's was great. Beautiful interior and customer service. I was happy with the price and quick dry cleaning service. However, my clothes weren't as clean as I expected. They were well pressed but the armpits of my suit jacket still smelled, similar to the smell of ironing something that hasn't been cleaned correctly.

St. Paul StoreI brought my leather jacket to Mulberrys for cleaning/conditioning. It does appear clean, and perhaps it's as conditioned as this older jacket can get. However, it feels smaller than it was when I dropped it off, and I was hoping the leather would feel more supple than it does. This is disappointing for the $100 or so I spent.

St. Paul StoreIt was very good experience. The pricing is very high but quality is also high. I received a shirt back with stains on the breast. I never noticed the large stains on the front of my shirt before I had it dry cleaned, but I do not have any pictures to prove it. There was note saying they could not be lifted from the shirt without causing further damage but the stains were not there before I turned them in.
I appreciate the customer service and will take this as a one time mistake.

St. Paul StoreMy two most recent Mulberrys dry cleanings were for two Thomas Pink silk shirts. I am sad to share that they both were shrunk, which is devastating for someone with my height and arm length.
I spoke with the Grand Ave. Saint Paul location where they attempted to fix the problem, but were unsuccessful. Ruth, whom I spoke to on 12/17, was excellent and said she would let the concierge know about the issue and see what they could do about replacing the shirts. So, unhappy with the results of the first experience, very pleased with Ruth, and currently waiting to hear back from someone about addressing the issue.

St. Paul StoreI was quoted a price ($3.30 per shirt) that was half of what I was eventually charged ($7+ per shirt) because the items were dry clean only. It's not a huge deal but I feel the attendant should have been more thorough and given me an accurate quote.

St. Paul StoreWhile the turnaround time was great, I suspect my jacket was not even cleaned. It still had odors and was quite wrinkled. And the price quoted was different from the payment price which was very disappointing and uncomfortable as I had my son pick it up. I feel like I need to still get it cleaned and unfortunately elsewhere.

St. Paul StoreI brought a Pendleton wool blanket in about two weeks ago. It was dirty, no doubt wine, wax, and dirt all over. Mulberrys did a great job at getting the stains out but when I went to pick it up there was 'pilling' all over and the edge was wavy suggesting it shrunk quite a bit. They needed a couple more days to send it back and deal with the pilling, which they did except for the pills on the hem of the blanket. I appreciate the cleaning but at the same time bummed about the shrinkage, the wait, and the effort I have to put in finishing up the 'pilling' removal.

St. Paul StoreThe atmosphere of the shop was nice, and I was pleased with how easy the experience was. Unfortunately, I am very displeased with the state of my garment. The dress I brought in had a few coin-size or smaller drops of food or drink down the front. It looks as though whoever attempted to clean it went too far. The dress now has two much larger faded circles around the stains. Very disappointed since this is irreversible.

On all U.S. currency are the words:

Your employee informed me it was "easier for the manager this way, not having to deal with cash."
As a customer it was not easier for me .
And I'm sure your cost of using credit card companies was passed on to me.

St. Paul StoreThere was a stain card attached to a shirt but the remediation wasn't ever discussed with me, the stain was not removed and in one place actually looks worse now. It would have been great if someone had discussed with me what was happening with this shirt either while it was being cleaned or when I picked it up.

St. Paul StoreToday I picked up almost $200 in dry cleaning .
Most of the laundry looks great but there is a good stain on a pair of pants that was missed?
I am going to bring that back for another cleaning .I felt the woman who helped me was not as helpful as she could have been given the large order.She seemed more interested in peering out the front window than helping me get all that cleaning gathered together .

St. Paul StoreI received a shirt and when I got home and hung it there was a printed note taped to the hanger saying that they tried to return the shirt in perfect condition but something happened that caused damage. There was a semi-noticeable stain on the front of the white shirt, but I don't recall that there was any noticeable stain at all when I brought the shirt in.It's possible that I didn't realize when I brought it in so perhaps it was stained and I didn't know.What really bothered me is that this was not mentioned when I was given my clothes and I was still charged for the shirt, without any explanation of what happened or communication about why I was still being charged.
