I was sent an email that my order was ready, but when I got there, it wasn't all ready, so I have to go back (again). Also, there were no notes attached to the order about a stain removal, so no one knew if the stain had actually been removed.

Cloths turned out very nice but I was very disappointed in that you don’t take cash…. There were no signs saying that you do not accept cash and I thought it was just ridiculous rule.

My pants did not make it. Had a lot of time to clean them and we had a wedding. I was supposed to receive a call that evening (thurs). Never did. Finally got a call in morning and pants were delivered at 1130.My daughter had to wait for it and come late to ceremony. I was officiating the wedding and had to get dressed 2 min before ceremony. It was resolved but communication in interim was poor.

Hi It took me a while to decide which cleaners to bring my down comforter to for cleaning. It is a luxury item and I was a little nervous about the cleaning process. There were some stains that they were not able to get out -which I can understand as I know overtime it’s hard to get those out. However the comforter came back with lumps in the down which to me means it was not dried all the way. There are also baffles that do not have any down in them anymore. It has shifted around leaving empty baffles. It definitely was not like that when I brought it in -it is a super fluffy comforter. What do you suggest? Can I bring it back up for additional drying?

I was confused about what things in my bag that I wanted to drop off and thought 3 shirts were not in need of cleaning. This confusion occured in front of the worker at the store. However, after going home, I then realized that these 3 shirts were stained, and I just had not seen that when I was in the store. I brought them back the very next morning and was hoping to add them to my order and my new customer 50% off promo coupon, since my other dry cleaning wasn't completed yet. i was told that I couldn't add this to the previous order and use the promo, because this would be a new order. I realize that this was my mistake and you have your policies, but I think that it would have been good customer service (especially for a new chstomer) to make an exception and still honor the 50% off. In the end; I decided I did not want to pqy about $18 just to have 3 stained shirts laundered, to try to get the stains out myself, and you ended-up with not getting this additional business and a somewhat unhappy new customer. If nothing else, I think this is an interesting marketing and customer service scenario worth thinking about.Thanks

Hi! Quality was good but the belt of my sweater was lost...after a few calls and a trip back to the store, it was recovered...with no apologies.Not impressed.

I received an email that my order was ready for pick up but when I went 2 hours later, they could not find my order. They said it had just been loaded on the conveyor and so they didn't know the exact location. I gave them 10 minutes to try to find but then had to leave and will go back today to pick it up. Not a big deal but would appreciate not receiving the "your order is ready for pick up" notice until it is truly ready for pick up.Our pick-up/delivery service at home with driver Shane is awesome! He always shows up with a smile on his face and great service.
