Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, I have communicated when dropping off an item that there is a stain- and when it comes back the stain was not addressed. I then have to wait for a re-do, and now the stain is more "set" . In addition, I am charged in advance of the article being cleaned

I’m not sure my email address was entered correctly as the attendant told me I’d receive an email with my order and I never did. I appreciated the text indicating my order was ready. I tried to do curbside but when no one emerged with my one sweater I decided to go in the store. There were a couple people ahead of me including someone with a very large >$200 order. I’m wondering why your curbside customers need to wait until your in store customers are served. I’m not suggesting curbside customers get preferential treatment, but it doesn’t make sense that we are always last in line either. My sweater looks great and the spot on my sleeve came out. I liked the cleaning but am on the fence about my service experience in store.

It was my first time at Mulberry’s and my first time doing wash and fold. Staff couldn’t explain the differences between the subscription program and just paying for the service. I never got a call or email that my clothes were ready for pick up when they were done.

I dropped off 3 blue oxford shirts last Friday and advised the counter person that there was a stain on the front of the shirts. I was informed it would be taken care of. I picked up the shirts today and when I inspected the shirts the stain remained and is now set into the shirt.I am not sure of a better way to convey my dry cleaning needs to your store. My expectation of using Mulberry's on Grand Avenue was to receive better than average service, that expectation was not met.

The receipt doesn't add up. I called about it and the woman said it is because it doesn't show tax. Now why would you have a receipt that doesn't add up and doesn't have a charge listed like the tax? What kind of business skips printing part of the charge on their receipt. It makes it look like Mulberrys can't add.

I was pleased with the service I received. Your facility was very nice and the person helping me was pleasant. However, your cost is out of line with my experience. I had 5 shirts cleaned. Two were normal cotton work shirts and the cost was close enough (about $.70 more or about 21% higher). What was shocking were the charges on the other 3 shirts. One was silk. One was 30% silk and the last was only 12% silk. These are just casual attire, but not at all uncommon in a man's wardrobe today. At $12 apiece that was $36. My prior service charged $7 and only then on 100% silk. Yours was $15 more for three shirts. I was especially surprised that you felt that a shirt with only 12% silk requires that level treatment or cost. I remember when I fell in love with silk shirts years ago, I asked the sales person what kind of care was required. Her response was that the Chinese have been laundering silk for thousands of years. I think you have something to learn.Then there was the promise of a 10% discount on my first service with you. (Your website says 20%.) What I received was a discount of $1.20 on a bill of $45. I don't make decisions solely on price, but in your case I felt gouged. That is too bad, because everything else seemed so positive.

I recommended your services because you did a beautiful job on my daughter's gown. Well...my mother's suits were did not receive the same extraordinary care. There was lint on one jacket. The collar/lapel was half flipped up on the same jacket. The colors of the red suit and long coat were not as bright upon return. But the biggest disappointment was the pickup and delivery of her pieces. The driver who picked them up literally threw them in the back of the car. The delivery was not as bad but the items were returned with hair and lint. What happened???

No need to follow-up. When I picked up my garment, the personal service I felt was only very average...really no communication at all. When given the article nothing was said about a couple of tags on the garment indicating there was a damaged spot on the article...a small hole on the upper back of the sweater. Also, nothing was said about the tag hanging from the hanger with check marks for: "stains exist," "extensive spotting," and "damage to material." I could have used some clarification on this information. The Store looked very clean and well kept up.

Clothing came back still looking soiled. I had to hand wash the items once I got them home to remove the areas of discoloration.

I love the atmosphere, decor, etc. but the actual quality of the cleaning is sub par. The stains aren't removed and I am able to get them out at home no-problem.

I was quoted a rate that ended up being one half of what I was actually charged for a dress hemming. When I dropped the dress off I was told it would be $25-$35. It ended up being $70. Unpleasant surprise and probably won't be returning as a customer.

There is now a small hole in the pants I had dry cleaned - looks like something caught on the garment while they were being pressed
