Edina StoreI only have one small issue, I have been very happy with your service and your staff. However, it would be great if you had two sizes of collar stays. Sometimes the large stays that you use cause the collars of a few of my shirts to be misshapen. It's not a problem, just a little thing that would make you guys amazing.

Edina StoreThere were some chocolate spots on the comforter that were missed and not noted. Perhaps I should have specifically pointed them out when I brought it in. Otherwise, all was well and the service highly appreciated.

Edina StoreI had great service at the Mulberrys retail location on Gus Young.
The buttons on my silk jacket appeared to be a bit loose, and I was wondering why that wasn't taken care of. Discussed it with the sale associate and decided that it would be handled the next time I bring it in. I am an event planner - details matter, and Mulberrys usually takes care of all the details. Thank you

Edina StoreInternet was down, so service agent had to constantly call other stores for location ID. Couldn't receive receipt of drop off or price quote. She was very nice and apologetic. The manager should have been there though. And there should have been an own phone line instead of having to call multiple stores to find one available to get the info for her.

Edina StoreMy experience this time was fine, but there was no one at the desk for a few minutes. The girl finally came back with a coffee in her hand from the Starbucks next door. I understand that people need breaks, but maybe there should always be 2 people on at a time so they can give each other breaks instead of leaving the desk empty for periods of time when guests may stop in.
