St. Paul StoreMy shirt had a new stain on it when I picked it up. Mulberry's said they will fix it free of charge, but it won't be ready until the end of the week. I took one star off for inconvenience and a not very thorough job of cleaning my blouse.

St. Paul StoreGreat service. Love the technology-bar code and credit card on file and email when order is complete. Prices are high and I would go somewhere else if it were convenient. Wondering if you could give a 50c credit for bringing wood hangars back as way to cater to budget conscious folks. I suggest selling Diet Coke--I'm sure your demographic skews way more toward Diet Coke than Coke.

St. Paul StoreI asked that the sweaters not be hung on the hangers like shirts, but that they be folded over the hanger. One sweater was folded over but the cardigans were hung like shirts. I suspect it wasn't clear that all sweaters, including cardigans, were to be folded over.

St. Paul StoreI had laundry, drycleaning and a mending item and they were all thrown into the same bin and all were listed on my receipt as drycleaning. I have not picked up my order, but am concerned that everything was done as requested based on initial handling.
