Edina StoreI genuinely love Mulberrys and always have a near perfect experience. However, the wait was so long on Saturday that if dropping off, instead of picking up, I would have left.There were only 2 other customers in the store with me. They had drop off and pick up. Retrieval was time consuming. Might be good to add a second employee on Saturdays. 20 minutes is a long time to wait when a typical visit gets you in and out within five.,Thank you!

Edina StoreWas given a 3pm delivery time.Was told only part of the order was available.Had to make a second trip to retrieve the rest.They were accommodating and polite and did offer to deliver it.They also discounted the rush charge as a service recovery measure.Will return.

Edina StoreI was surprised at the increased price of the dress I had drycleaned. It was almost $10 more than usual because it had a designer label. Had know idea this was going to be the case.

Edina StoreThe quality of my alternation is excellent & staff have been very friendly. I rated it 4, rather than 5, because my order was delayed (due to a broken machine) three times & staff did not call to inform me the second or third time my pick up date was pushed out.

Edina StoreThe service at Mulberrys is always excellent and I've never had any serious problem with my clothes. I gave less than one star because I had to request re-treatment of an item for a stain.
