St. Paul StoreMy experience was great, the only issue was it took 2 months to get my dress cleaned. It was my wedding dress, so I didn't need it in any hurry, but seemed like a long time to clean it. I'll definitely use you again!

St. Paul StoreThe staff was incredibly friendly and my garments came back great. When I was putting my order in the car I noticed an item I didn't recognize. I opened the bag to find a belt that certainly was not mine. I brought the piece back in to the shop and hope they can return it to the correct customer. Makes me a little worried about bringing items back in the future but am hoping this was just a fluke.

St. Paul StoreFantastic customer service. Did a great job with a very tough, already-set, red-colored stain on a comforter. The ONLY reason it's not a 5-star rating is because removing the stain entirely would have earned a 5. There's still a hint of it in the fabric.This is not a criticism, though. Very tough stain. Fantastic customer service, as always, and the job was completed earlier than expected.Thank you!
