Very nice salespeople, but it took a very long time for the person to find our garments. This hasn't happened in the past, It might have been mt son's fault for not knowing what name it was under.

We did not recieve our order when we requested. Someone called and said our order was lost and then hung up. We received an email that you had only one shirt. I had to email to get clarification.

My experience was great, the only issue was it took 2 months to get my dress cleaned. It was my wedding dress, so I didn't need it in any hurry, but seemed like a long time to clean it. I'll definitely use you again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and my garments came back great. When I was putting my order in the car I noticed an item I didn't recognize. I opened the bag to find a belt that certainly was not mine. I brought the piece back in to the shop and hope they can return it to the correct customer. Makes me a little worried about bringing items back in the future but am hoping this was just a fluke.

Fantastic customer service. Did a great job with a very tough, already-set, red-colored stain on a comforter. The ONLY reason it's not a 5-star rating is because removing the stain entirely would have earned a 5. There's still a hint of it in the fabric.This is not a criticism, though. Very tough stain. Fantastic customer service, as always, and the job was completed earlier than expected.Thank you!

The service is excellent, but it's so expensive! Perhaps consider offering a "loyalty" discount and/or credit for returning hangers?
