St. Paul StoreThe staff that I met with while dropping off/picking up items were very professional, prompt and pleasant. My only disappointment was that the receipt did not include descriptions of items and cost... this would have been helpful as I experienced a bit of sticker shock when the actual bill came (I had previously tried to estimate the cost based on the prices listed online).

St. Paul StoreI am a first time customer and rated Mulberrys 4 out 5 stars, which I think is a great rating. I have used other cleaning services and comparatively your rates seem a bit higher than other cleaners I have used. I think over time I will have to see if the increased pricing is worth the increased cost.

St. Paul StoreHow about a thin paper bag to go over dry cleaning? And only if the customer requests it? The plastic could be used just when it's raining and it's a garment that can't get wet without staining.Thanks for considering it!
