San Carlos StoreSomething goes wrong almost every time I come here - I'm not sure why I keep coming back. For one, I asked them to fix the button on my jeans (it fell off). I provided the button that matched the rest, and they lost the one I provided and sewed in a non-matching button. Then they sent it back to the place to look for the button and didn't follow up until I came in and asked where the jeans were. They couldn't refund me unless I was at the store in person for some reason as well, so I had to go BACK in yet again. Also, charged $28 to PRESS a mens suit (not even clean) and clean one dress shirt. What the heck!!?? Instead of giving coupons back in every single receipt, just adjust the prices to be actually close to what a normal dry cleaner should cost.

San Carlos StoreGreat quality but $25 is a bit steep considering the job. The dress just needed to be sewed together... the cutting and end seem we're already completed. I probably won't be back given the plethora of inexpensive alternatives.

San Carlos StoreI looked at the pricing on the cards at the front of the store and thought that was accurate. Turns out that it was not, and all the prices were higher. One of my items smelled of BO and that was the only thing wrong with it in the first place. None of my items had stains on them, I just wanted to get rid of smell. Didn’t work. For the high prices I paid I was not happy. The nice hanger and fancy atmosphere of the place do not make up for poor quality work.

San Carlos StoreWhoever was picking up the laundry could not find it. All of my laundry was right outside of my apartment.
Kept calling me while I was at work in the important meeting. Then sent me angry messages saying that her or she was at my apartment for 20 min and couldn't reach anybody. Seriously? I have to be at home for you to pick up my stuff?
Please hire people who are able to drive to the location and find an apartment to pickup the order.

San Carlos StoreI brought in 3 shirts on a Saturday - they were brand new and I had never worn them before. This was my first experience with laundering / dry cleaning at Mulberrys. The woman that greeted me was very nice and professional. She asked "would you like these on Tuesday?" I said that would be great. I picked up my shirts on the following Tuesday.First issue: When I got to my car I noticed that 1 of the 3 shirts had a very small stain on the collar and after removing the wrapping I realized the shirt was also surprisingly wrinkled. I took that shirt back in and it will be redone. But there was no concession to acknowledge the added inconvenience that I now have to deal with to go back to retrieve the shirt. The lack of a concession wasn't a big deal from a monetary standpoint, but it was inconsistent with the high-end service profile that Mulberrys is targeting.Second issue: My total for the 3 shirts was $21 - $7 per shirt is pretty heft, especially when I didn't get delivery or anything like that. I'm guessing that I got charged for some sort of expedited service? But that was definitely not made clear when I dropped off the shirts. If I did get charged for expedited service, I wish that had been very clear when I dropped off the shirts.Overall, not a great experience. I had high hopes that Mulberrys was finally the first-rate dry cleaner I had been looking for, especially given the pricing. But those expectations weren't met, and I probably will not come back (except to retrieve my one shirt).

San Carlos StoreCleaning scheduled for delivery between 10-11 am Ye Amsterdam morning. No messages on my phone, no notes in my door, no dry cleaning delivery yet. I contacted the office and no one’s there. Left a message and no servoce reply since. Got a bill, no details to review but Just the amount my card was charged. Was supposed to get 50% off first order, that doesn’t seem clear that this happened. I’m not happy with this servoce and you’ve lost my trust before we even got off the ground. I will go back to Rinse because your service is terrible lacking and too expensive

San Carlos StoreI brought in 3 items for hemming, securing a button and cleaning. I got 2 back. I item was brand new and never worn and was not found. The staff have been great in responsiveness but very disappointed to loose my brand new shirt on the first go. I am hopeful and willing to try again.

San Carlos StoreNo need to follow up with me on these comments. But the delivery service needs a lot of work. I got my laundry back via a delivery person a day late (which was yesterday) and I just recieved an email this morning saying that my order is "ready for pickup." things seem pretty disorganized. I hope these things don't happen again if I use this service another time in the future.

San Carlos StoreTwice in a row now I have gone to the dry cleaners on or after the promised day shown on the dropoff receipt, only to be told the garments aren't ready and won't be until the next day, or two days out. That's pretty inconvenient. The staff are always very apologetic and friendly, but it is inconvenient to drive all the way there only to find that I need to come back again some other day.

San Carlos StoreMy order was originally a pick-up/delivery dry cleaning order... The clothes were picked up when promised, and then I received a notification the next day that they had been delivered. When i went to my building lobby to pick up my clothes, they were nowhere to be found. I called the Townsend location to inquire about my clothes, and they said that on their end everything had been scanned and accounted for, so they'd follow up with the driver to find out where my clothes were. I never heard back and called them on Sunday to ask for an update, at which time i was told that my clothes were in the store (and had never actually been delivered). The experience caused quite a bit of stress as every single item in my order was brand new - literally only worn once. I also would have expected a call back once my clothes were actually found. This is the second time i've used your dry cleaning service, and i was really disappointed in this last experience.

When I showed up the attendant made all sorts of excuses for lack of delivery. Blamed the driver for it!!!! WOW. No apologies nothing.Never using Mulberries again ever. Bye

San Carlos StoreI booked my pick up and drop off on Friday night (1/19), had my laundry picked up on Saturday morning (1/20), had the laundry returned to me on Tuesday morning (1/23).... only to find that it was placed in a different container but hadn't actually been washed. I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow and have no time to do the laundry myself. Very disappointed and upset. I did call in to see what could be done but the best that was offered was a same day pick up (which I wouldn't have been able to be around for, I work over an hour away) and a next day 5pm drop off (at which point I would have already left for my trip).I asked for a refund instead. I'm not typically one to complain but I lead a product team and I would absolutely want to hear this feedback.
