244 Townsend StoreThis is the second time an order has been returned missing a beloved & expensive shirt. I am again missing a ted baker men’s dress shirt. This one is white with paisley print on front. I am extremely frustrated by this and am ready to give up on your service.The last time you lost a ted Baker geo shirt. You found multiple items that were missing from my order but didn’t even offer to compensate for the ones you couldn’t find.Please search your inventory for more items from this order.

244 Townsend StoreI chose Mulberry's for its pick up and delivery service. Making contact with the runner was difficult, which made pick-up an ordeal. My order was supposed to be delivered between 6:00 and 7:00 pm today, and it has yet to arrive.Also, I noticed this evening when checking the status of my order that it only shows the order as laundering shirts. However, I included a pair of pants for dry-cleaning as well.

244 Townsend Storewas the worst experience i've ever had to deal with and i don't even know where start. You lost my duvet cover then didnt' tell us and we called said it was in store when it wasn't went to go pick it up and then told it was lost waited 25 minutes no resolution. Can't call the manager because she's off hours. spoke to the manager yesterday said they'd deliver it for free since we don't live in the area.... then today got a call from the not manager who said she would call spoke to the RUDIEST WOMEN I'VE EVER HAD TO CHANCE OF ENCOURTERING WITH in my life... she told me to listen to her and i said i was the customer i'm telling you what your manager said .. so frusterated i said well you guys fucked up then she said don't cuss at me and hung up the phone.....

244 Townsend StoreI dropped four items off for repair a week ago and got an email saying all of my items were ready but when I showed up the woman acted like I only had one item. I asked her if the other things were ready and she looked around for a few minutes and then said “I don’t know where they are.” She asked me to come back tomorrow but couldn’t guarantee if my items would be ready yet. No apology or explanation given.

244 Townsend StoreHello,This was my first time at Mulberry dry cleaners. I walked in with high expectation considering the great reviews and location (Crocker Galleria). Upon arrival, I asked the assistant how much would a women's blouse cost. I had three (women's blouses) and a Men's blazer. She told me silk and cashmere blouses were $2 and a cotton regular shirt was $8.99. At first, it didn't make sense to me that why would silk be so cheap and cotton expensive. It should be the other way. I reconfirmed with her twice on the pricing and she told me It was $2. I didn't give my cotton blouse and gave the two silk ones and the men's blazer. I was being told pick is the next day. When my husband went the next day, they said the boiler was out of order and the clothes are not ready.I went in today to collect the clothes and they charged me $23.5. I didn't realize at first and paid for it. After paying I told the store rep that she overcharged me. She was arguing with me saying the lady who was there on Monday is the supervisor would never quote the wrong price blaming it all on me.I come home and check the items, and GUESS WHAT???? The stains are not even removed. Like seriously????? YOU PAY $23 for this and not even get the items clean.I have pictures of the stain as proof to show. Please contact me ASAP.Sarah Ali
