San Carlos StoreThe experience was perfect. The pricing is not. I like the convenience of email notifications and having my cc on file. However, it's not so convenient that it's worth 2-3x the price of my long time dry cleaner. I tried your service because I want to support a neighborhood business, however, when the pricing is so much more than market, I feel like I'm being gauged.

San Carlos StoreI received delivery...I SPECIFICALLY put in request that sweaters be folded and boxed...NO HANGERS. This instruction was ignored and I have hangers. There is no place to hang, so the driver very gently laid all on my doormat. I do not fault the driver but I do fault Mulberry for ignoring my specific request that was made for a reason

San Carlos StoreI'm sure this is an exception but the current order that I have placed with you has been split into 3 shipments and I had to come over 3 times to pick the complete order. This costs me $20 for each trip of Cab that I take to the store. I would have spent more on cab possibly than the actual value of the order for laundry. Could you please ensure prompt communication and help avoid these issues of splitting orders as possible. I do appreciate gesture from Brian and Elsa to try help chase the deliveries for me. Thank you!

Had to call couple times to find out if it was open.

San Carlos StoreI dropped off two jackets but was charged for two coats. Since there’s a $10 charge difference between a jacket and a coat, this ended up adding up to a $34 total that I wasn’t expecting. My jackets are clean though!
