The collars on my laundered shirts are always wrinkled and those cardboard stay you put on the front are wasteful. They just get thrown away. Not environmentally friendly

My pickup was incomplete. Only half were done when I arrived. I've been told that the other half was not finished until tomorrow, even though the email receipt I received said that all will ready on that day. No explanation was given. Staff not too friendly.

I had a few issues with my order. First, two of my shirts weren't ready in time so I had to come back to get them. Second, one of my shirts came back with some new stains on it and what looked like mild iron burns on the back. I've already brought it in to be looked at. Third, I'm a new customer and wasn't aware that shirts are either laundered or dry cleaned. I thought all shirts were $3.50 to clean so I was surprised dry cleaning was $8. That said, all of my shirts but the one look great and you were fast. However, a few issues did detract from the experience. Thanks.

I specifically requested that my clothes be folded (and I paid for the folding service) as I had to pick them up and head to the airport. My clothes were not folded and I had to spend time in the taxi folding them myself!

My experience was fine, but based on what you charge as compared to competitors I thought the service would be better. Gentleman whom helped me was very nice, but seemed to lack a lot of knowledge. He couldn't answer any of my questions and offered no solutions. When I asked about the delivery pick up service in my area he seemed unclear, and said I do not fit with on range ( I literally live less than 5 mins away from the store location) He was friendly and upbeat tho. In the past I have dealt with cashiers that are rude, aloof and more concerned with socializing with coworkers then addressing the 4-5 people waiting in line ( this has happened on a couple of occasions I have been there). People there seem untrained, unenthusiastic about working there and generally just not in pleasant moods.

This review is only in regards to a specific issue, but one I wanted to warn you about. I just picked up my dry cleaning, and apparently one shirt was put on a faulty hanger -- it fell apart as I was walking to my car causing my newly cleaned shirt to fall onto the urine-stained San Francisco street! And this was the one shirt I was most concerned with (wanted it for an event tonight). I can send a photo of the hanger in question -- it is all metal (unlike the wooden ones with the Mulberrys logo and a metal hook / hanger at the top) and the metal hook was apparently lightly glued onto the rest of the hanger.Please don't use these hangers when returning clothes to customers. No one is prepared for the whole thing to fall apart while walking , and I could have completely lost the shirt on the street had I not tripped over it!

The driver never arrived to drop off our order last night. I'm traveling today and needed items from that order but had to leave without them, so overall this was a disappointing experience. Please refund the delivery fee on this order, as my fiancé now has to pick up an order from store instead of the delivery we paid for.

Your staff at the Berry street location is extremely rude, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Please check in with her. I believe bad days happen, however, to consistently behave this way is off-putting. I am returning to the FiDi location because the staff there is much easier going.Example: During drop off she had an attitude, throwing my clothes, rolled her eyes and sighed as I pulled items out of my bag. It was negative energy all around.Example: I called in today to schedule a drop off. I had some questions and while she answered them with an attitude, of course she hung up with her last words being "Uh-huh".Throughout this experience I remained kind, saying my please and thank yous. This kind of return in attitude is not OK.

The manager on duty refused to give me 10% discount for being an employee of the building, despite my customer information confirming that I was an employee of the same building. She argued that she could put me in the system to receive discounts in future periods, but could not get a discount for my current order. After going back and forth with her on it multiple times, she became combative and finally gave me a discount. She argued that it was a “system” issue and she could do nothing about it.

My black shirt came back with some kind of white, crusty stuff all over the right shoulder and arm, and a crease was ironed into its collar. The other shirts had spots of this crusty stuff on them. I have worn each of these shirts exactly once, and this is my first time using your service.In addition to the poor condition of the shirts, the order was a day later than promised.With this kind of service, I don't see how you expect to retain customers.

Order was delivered days late. Customer service was unresponsive. Lost my bag. Really poor experience.
