244 Townsend StoreThe associate said I would need to wait 20 minutes if I wanted to try on my garment. When I asked if there was another place I could try on my alteration as I could not wait 20min she said there was no other choice and I should just take it home to try on. On top of that, $70 to shorten straps and a hem is a lot, especially if I did not even get the opportunity to check if the alteration fit.

244 Townsend StoreThe pick up was horrible. It took two people 40 minutes to find my apartment. They woke me up at 7:20 on a Saturday to ask me to come outside and around the block to drop off my clothes. Then the second person kept calling me from the wrong building and even though I told her repeatedly for about 20 minutes she was it the wrong place she just wanted to argue. Drop off was fine clothes looked ok not exactly neatly folded but at least they made it to my door without any issues.

244 Townsend Storei already called about the issue. it was my first time in and i was quoted $9 for the item i left to be dry cleaned. when i picked it up i was charged $21.75 over twice the total i was quoted. the item was cleaned nicely but i would have never agreed to that charge for a small item that i could get cleaned other places for $6-10

244 Townsend StoreI went to have my pants tailored and they were finished before the required date, which was excellent, but they were hemmed at least 1/2" shorter than they were pinned, so I had to send them back to be re-hemmed.

244 Townsend StoreHi, I have been a customer at the Mission Bay store for about a few months. I recently signed up for pick up and delivery from my building and left my bag with the front desk on Friday morning. I got a notice that my order was received , but did not get a notice by end of day Friday that my order had been picked up. I checked with the front desk on Saturday, and my bag was still there and had not been picked up! I then brought my order in person to the Mission Bay store since I needed it back by Tuesday since I am going out of town Wednesday. Fortunately, the person there put a rush on it so it was ready today (Monday). I am not sure if it will be delivered or I have to go pick it up. I think pick it up since I dropped it off. I was hoping the pick-up and delivery service to my building would be convenient, but now I am not sure if I should try it again.Thanks,

244 Townsend StoreSeveral problems with different experiences. Placed order for pickup, courier did not show twice. Another time order was delivered to the wrong store. Another time sweater came back still dirty. Twice I went into the store and customer service was so rude

244 Townsend StoreWe don't want to be misleading with 3 stars (and I would not post this publicly). The cleaning work was fantastic. Everything appeared that it was handled with great care. We were surprised that most everything came back on hangers and the pricing was as high as it was. We love the service and would love to keep using it, we just felt like we were charged the max for every item.

244 Townsend StoreEvery time I have sent dry cleaning or laundry there has been an issue with my order. This time items are missing and now I’m told they won’t be ready on the promise day. We are paying more for using Mulberry as compared to other places and except a little better level of service. The ladies at the location are really nice but just the lack of attention to detail is not good.

244 Townsend StoreSusan at the 207 Berry St, San Francisco, CA 94158 store was absolutely great. She was friendly and courteous and helped me with my order over the phone every time I called. The issue I had was that the app didn't work too well and never updated itself when my clothes got to the store and we're checked in. The following day I had some anxiety that may clothes didn't get there, so I called the store and spoke with Susan again and she assured me that they did arrive. I probably won't use the delivery and pick up function again, unless the app is improved and functions normally. I will, however, continue to use Mulberrys for my dry cleaning needs as I am almost always impressed when I actually go to the store in person and receive really good/great customer care.
