The remodeled store on Townsend is nicely completed, although the clerk was less familiar to assist with the mobile application and didn't offer a help desk number or alternative to help resolve, except literally "good luck with the app"!

The pickup was great, no issues at all. But then I got an email saying I owed money from a previous order. This concerned me, because I have always consistently updated my debit card on file each time my old one was stolen/compromised. I've had to repeatedly give the card info because Green Streets/Mulberrys' system lost it the first 2 times, but the right one has now been on file for at least 6 months. Then out of nowhere I get this random email. So that is what I'm unhappy about.Leslie

The message that says 5:00 pm pickup is a bit confusing. Should say ready by 5pm, pickup before 5:30 (closing time)

Hello - I had requested pick up and drop off with my address. I have an entrance directly on the street and requested to be called when the delivery person arrived. I was prepared at the front door. BOTH times, my instructions were ignored and the delivery person went to the apartment front desk (located very far from my entrance). Neither person called me.There were also a lot of delays with the drop off, and it had to be timed very inconveniently due to communication delays.Shirts were not properly ironed, and had wrinkles.

My first scheduled pickup was completely missed - no call, email, phone, anything. I tried emailing in, and got zero response.My second scheduled pickup actually showed up but the courier seemed a little clueless when I asked questions (was actually a hired Taskrabbit, not a Mulberry employee picking it up).

Laundry locker was significantly more efficient and timely with locker drop off and pick-ups. Turnaround was always 24h. Now I have to special order every pickup and pay a premium to have my laundry and dry cleaning returned in a timely manner (I.e 24-48h) instead of 4-5 day minimum for regular pickups. The transition has been rough with a lot of glitches, incorrect billing, long delays, missing items coming several days later. I have had to stop using the lockers altogether. It is also incredibly annoying that I cannot out in same day order for pickup even when there are still plenty of pick up times available.

This was my first service and I dropped off and understood that my dry cleaning would be delivered to my residence which is a building already scheduled for your driver.However, I had to call the South Beach location to schedule the delivery on Monday 6/17. Thx

I am a new customer. I paid extra to schedule same day pick on a Wednesday to get Friday delivery. I called the store to get confirmation that clothes will be delivered on Friday. On Thursday, I got an email stating dry cleaning was completed and clothes will be delivered on schedule. It did not happen. I had to call on Saturday, plead to get clothes delivered and got clothes minutes before I had to leave for airport to catch an international flight. I am disappointed because I called and was assured that by paying extra for same day pick up on Wednesday I was guaranteed delivery by Friday.
