The person working the desk when I dropped off my clothes was kind of cold. Not warm and welcoming at all. It was my first time dropping off dry cleaning at Mulberrys and it wasn't a great initial experience.Lady who was there when I picked up my clothes was delightful though

For the most part it was a really good experience. When I received my promotional email after I dropped off my garment, it would have been good if the local person could have taken care of the promotion instead of me having to email the office. Overall though it was good and I still got the discount.

Overall the experience with Mulberrys cleaners and your staff has been fantastic. Home goods estimated timelines have been a bit off and also stain removal has been hit and miss. We have received items back that still had stains while the ticket says all stains were removed. Staff has been very helpful in these situations. Overall you all provide a very nice and convenient service.

Hello, The cleaning itself is great, we just asked for all metal hangers when dropped off, but still received a wood hanger upon pickup. Plus there was untially an issue with the coupon I presented and I was told it was already used, which is wasn’t. The sales clerk was able to add the credit another way.

The overall service at the Berry location is great but I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars because a 30% coupon that I received from my last order was rejected during my next order. Both the service person and I looked at the coupon and saw that it wasn’t expiring until July, yet the system wouldn’t accept the discount. I then tried using anothe promotional email coupon that wasn’t expiring until a few days later and that, too, was rejected by the system. It was frustrating.

Four stars is a good score, you'd have 4.5 if that was a possibility. I spend a few hundred dollars a month with you guys for my domestic laundry and I'm happy with the service. When you are not able to deliver to my address because you are out of garment bags, do tell me so, so that I don't have to track down myself what happened with my piece and why it's not been delivered, and then find time to come by during the day to pick it up from the store.
