Minneapolis StoreI am still waiting for someone to return my call as was promised to me two days ago regarding the gross overcharging for my last order. I submitted an order for wash and fold - it included towels, sheets, and some blankets. Rather than call me to let me know that some of these item are considered “household items” and would be cleaned and pressed at outrageously expensive rates and confirm that I was comfortable with that, you just did it. Had I known you intended to charge $8 to clean a single pillow case (as one example), I would have cancelled the entire order and picked up my items. Unfortunately, I was not given that option and was charged nearly $300.

Minneapolis StoreI came in to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. I tried it on and had the women measure, she said she'd take off a smaller amount so if need be we could take off more (I was worried about my toes peeking through). Then I asked her if she could provide a quote and she said around $35 (give or take). I came in today to pick it up and they took off way too much and it's about an inch and half too short now. I didn't make a fuss because the wedding is in a week and I no longer have the time or fabric to make it any longer. And then when I rang up at the desk it was $76 dollars! I understood that the estimate was rough, and she mentioned it may be more/less but I did NOT expect it to be double the price!

Minneapolis Store I brought my wife’s winter coat in to have a new liner put in. I was quoted a price of $50 and I was then called two days later and told her price was $100 so I canceled the repair. I then called back and said go ahead with it since they already had it and also to have it cleaned. I was then called two days later and told the jacket was done and ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and nothing had been done. I am still waiting to see when it will be completed.

Minneapolis Store3 weeks ago I picked up an order of 3 items at the 53rd St store. When I got home I discovered that one of the 3 items was not mine and I returned it a couple of days later (making a special trip back). They looked but could not find my missing item, which I’m pretty sure is a men’s dress shirt. So I asked the clerk to call me when it was located. When I returned 10 days later to the same store to drop off some more items (last Saturday, Oct 27) they still hadn’t located it, which is frustrating. I have been a customer for @ 4-5 years and this is the second item you have lost. Unless you find the missing item or compensate me for it by this Saturday, Nov 3 (a $50 check to me, not a credit on future cleaning) I will seek a new dry cleaner.

Minneapolis StoreI brought my wedding dress here because I was attracted to the toxin free cleaning process. Unfortunately the $200 I spent on my cleaning got me a dress that is still dirty and is extremely wrinkled, the response to my yelp review indicated that someone pressed it - there is no way that is true it looks like it had been crumpled on the floor. I understand that damage may have resulted from further cleaning, but the fact remains that I paid full price for this service and it was not able to be completed. My dress still being dirty is also not my only point of dissatisfaction, if that were the case I would not be so disappointed in this service I appreciate the expertise in not damaging it further.I am disappointed by the strange communication about when pieces would be done. I have the app and got notified only by text and email when "the item" was ready for pickup, not the "promise by dates" which I was not made aware of and which were not what was told to me in person (3 weeks) I am disappointed my pieces were separated and then made available for pickup at different times without me being aware of it, I had no idea until I got there only one piece was there. I am very disappointed my dress is so wrinkled. It does not appear to have been treated with care, and that is what is disappointing most of all. My wedding dress and accessories are obviously once in a lifetime pieces for me and I would have hoped for more respectful care of them and of my time.

Minneapolis StoreNo need to follow up. First time I used your service you lost one of my shirts. After several calls with no response from your staff I was finally reimbursed for my shirt. This process took about a month. After the great review you got in the Star Tribune I expected better. I will not return.

Minneapolis StoreI went to pick up my stuff at 10:00 and the place was closed and completely dark even though you are supposed to open at ten. I went to the grocery store and came back at 10:18 and you were still closed.

Minneapolis StoreI brought in my shoes to be resoled. I was told they'd be ready in a few days, and on Friday I got an email saying they were ready. When I came in, nothing had been done! If you couldn't do the work, why take the order? Why lie to me and say they were done?

Minneapolis StoreI wish they could remember to give me a dry cleaning bag when I pick up. The girl working said "I don't know why they forgot that." She was the one who forgot. I always have to ask for a new bag.

Minneapolis StoreGot home and my pants had the creases pressed out of them only leaving the faintest hint of where the brand new pants line had been before. The style of the pant was clearly present when I brought them in to the shop. The pressing was clearly forced- and not even done that well.

Minneapolis Storei am completely distraught as a i write this. i had a leather jacket cleaned. after i arrived home, i noticed that there were several flaws with my garment resulting from the cleaning, and that additional service had been performed by Mulberrys, which unfortunately has ruined the original appearance of the jacket. 1) the wire that is inset in the collar of the jacket has been broken in many places, rendering it useless. Part of the wire is also sticking out from the seam. i imagine this occurred during some sort of heat/pressing that was done. 2) almost all of the silver hardware on the jacket has black coating on it, presumably from whatever coloring was added to the jacket. This is unacceptable. 3) color/dye was added to the jacket, ruining the two-tone, garment washed appearance of this garment. this two-tone look was inherent to the original style, and the jacket now appears solid black. I have no idea why this was done, as a cleaning was requested, and adding color/doing repairs was not requested. It looks terrible. 4) the leather was pressed. this was a vintage-look jacket, the retailer uses a specialty tanning process to achieve this look. now the leather looks completely flat, and much of the grain is no longer visible. The jacket looks terrible. much like a PU jacket, and much cheaper looking than when it was dropped off at your facility. I'm beside myself. I have no idea how all these issues would be resolved without replacing this garment, and refunding the cleaning charge. Luckily the garment is still available in retail, so my expectation is that Mulberrys replaces it.

Minneapolis StoreI sent a review and could not believe your email response was that I already received your one-time $10 feedback credit given that that has nothing to do with my complaint. And then you encouraged me to explore your monthly Mulberry's Club deal. Are you kidding me?

Minneapolis StoreMy husband I have been using Mulberry's for years. I'm so upset right now. I'm leaving tomorrow at 4:30am for a wedding and brought in a white Eileen Fisher blouse, order 11-204024 which I picked up at 8:30pm tonight because it wasn't ready with the rest of the order at 5pm on Tuesday. I should have looked at the shirt when I picked it up. My blouse has a bunch of green ink stains on it. The crazy thing is that I wasn't even going to bring it in because it wasn't that dirty or wrinkled. I don't understand how it now has green ink stains on it. Obviously the green ink occurred after I dropped off the shirt. We've been clients for years and I've never complained. It's crazy that that I have to wear this blouse with green ink stains on it to a wedding because I don't have time to buy a new blouse. I don't understand why Mulberry's didn't call me about the green ink stains, I could have bought a new blouse, and now I cannot.
