Minneapolis StoreSlow turn around time, and my collars are typical yet I continually get charged extra but they can never tell me which shirts needed stain treatment and I'm sure I should not be charged every time.

Minneapolis StoreI asked my husband to drop off a pair of my daughter's clean jeans to have a tear repaired - when he picked up yesterday he was given two pairs of someone else's jeans but not ours. He did not notice because covered by plastic and with right order ticket attached. He will return today and hopefully exchange for the right order.

Minneapolis StoreThe whole pick up/delivery experience was a mess. I decided to try the app because you offered me 50% off my order - great deal, right? So I schedule a pick up and delivery on demand. I had a problem come up that took me away from home when the delivery was supposed to take place, so I called to cancel the delivery. Mulberry's needs to make a way to reschedule these things inside the app. When I called, the person who canceled my order accidentally canceled the pick up instead of the delivery, so here I am, sitting in this meeting and my phone keeps blowing up because the delivery person is trying to get inside my building, but no one is home. I can't take a call, but I can text, so I did and told them to bring it back to the store. I didn't receive any type of confirmation, so store staff were helping me track down my clothes. When I eventually got home, I found my clothes hanging outside my apartment door (not stolen, thanks god) so apparently the person did get inside my building even though they said they couldn't. Store staff were kind and helpful, but the whole process was super stressful and it felt like no one within the company was clearly communicating with anyone else.

Minneapolis StoreThe service at the drop off location has been wonderful. However an article of clothing was lost 4 weeks ago. Never returned. The concierge service for looking into the lost item was aweful. They never, ever called me on the "issue". Never proactive. Never received a phone call, a letter, nothing. They picked up the phone when I called. I would expect something as serious as never getting back a $50 pair of pants and paying for their cleaning would amount to being proactive. Not awefully passive as so have noted here. Never received credit for the cleaning charge. If there was another dry cleaner that did natural cleaning I would go to them because of this one incidence. Passiveness seems like the company doesn't care.

Minneapolis StoreFor the second time in a row Mulberrys has failed to follow instructions. On both occasions I have asked for my shirts to be folded, first time not at all and was charged. Second time 2 folded one not.

Minneapolis StoreThe staff was very nice but the computer system was down so I had to come back later. The computer was still down and I ended up having to talk to another location, was put on hold, prior to paying over the phone. Staff did all they could be the computers being down for so long was an inconvenience.

Minneapolis Store I had alterations done on four pairs of business pants last Saturday. They were scheduled to be delivered today Friday, February 3. When I got home they were not here I called the store and they told me they wouldn't be ready until February 10. I never received a call letting me know that they would not be ready be ready on time.

Minneapolis StoreI brought in cream colored ski pants with a dark oil stain. I was told they would get special treatment and either washed and/or dry cleaned. They were washed but the stain did not come out and I was charged $20. I'm wondering why no one called me and asked if they should try dry cleaning them. I originally discussed dry cleaning with someone on the phone.

Minneapolis StoreToo expensive and pretty bad job. Brought it in due to a food stain but stain was not removed. Very disappointed after paying $31 for two items one of which was a scarf and was clean to start with. I am also not sure why the estimates are always so much cheaper than what I actually end up paying. You guys need to better train your staff in providing realistic estimates. I have been coming cause you are close by but I find it very expensive and lately the jobs done have been bad and very unsatisfactory.

Minneapolis Store A front button on my shirt was not replaced. While I would expect it to be noticed without, this time I even had it in a plastic bag in the pocket of the shirt.

Minneapolis StoreWas frustrated to find that one of the two merino wool light sweaters in my order had been deemed "delicate" which caused it to incur a $2.99 up charge (which made the cost to clean the one sweater about $10). There was nothing special about either sweater. This is not the first time that I have encountered unexpected up charges on my Mulberry dry cleaning bill. Very disappointed.

Minneapolis StoreWe have had our laundry delivered to our home twice. Both times we asked for the delivery to be left on the porch and both times the laundry was attached to our mailbox. Today, the order was large, too big for the mailbox to hold. Our holiday decorations were tipped over because of the clothes moving around in the wind. Today we also received a piece that did not belong to us.Although we have enjoyed good cleaning and pressing results, the repeated failure of delivery service and the added mis-delivery today sadly makes me anxious to use your service again.

Minneapolis StoreMy order was not picked up or delivered at the time I indicated on my order. It was picked up late and delivered a day early.When the pick-up time was missed I sent an email asking for information about when they were coming. My email was not responded to. I have felt uninformed about what has been happening through this process.

Minneapolis StoreI picked up my order today: two mattress toppers and one yellow quilt.They all smell slightly mildew.The quilt has a stain on it that was not on the quilt when I brought it to Mulberry's for cleaning. The note on the order says, "STAIN IS PERMANENT." The note also says please bring it back for a free, second cleaning. Why would I bring it back if the stain is permanent? Why would I return when there was clearly some error that has resulted from your service?The quilt being hand sewn, also has several places where the stitching is ripped. I just bought this quilt a few months ago and brought it to you because I was worried about taking it to a laundromat. I am so incredibly disappointed in your service. I would like to see this resolved with a replacement of my quilt, please.

Minneapolis StoreWe brought in clothes with stains on them and when we got them home only 2 shirts didn’t have stains anymore. And the clothes that didn’t get the stains out were damaged from then trying to get the stains out. We were charge over $50 and nothing was done to our clothes. Very very disappointed in the service.

Minneapolis StoreI recently dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation. I received an email saying my item was complete, “hot off the press” and ready for pick up. Mulberry’s is a bit of a distance from my house, I drove in only to be told that it wasn’t done and in fact wouldn’t be done until next month! Also when I had dropped off my dress initially I had been told by the worker that they would call to let me know what discounts applied (there was a sign for 50% off your first order outside the door) and the total price but she never called. I’m just a little frustrated about the breakdown in and poor communication regarding my dress. I will not be using Mulberry’s in the future.
