It’s part my fault for not being diligent on asking the price of washing a pillowcase. However I never thought I’d be charged 14.99 per pillow case. That price seems to me a bit insane.

Took almost four weeks to finish my order entirely requiring three overall trips to the location instead of two. I was also promised it to be done in a week and nothing was done in that timeframe. Store attendant was awkward and spoke negatively spoke about the people doing cleaning and alterations. He did discount my rate but honestly I probably won’t go back after this.

Asked to have shirt dry cleaned to remove stains from rusty water that had dripped on the shirt and to be starched. Instead it was laundered and stains were not removed. Counter person did not tell me the stains had not been removed, or couldn’t be removed if that was the case. Near as I can tell it wasn’t starched either. Disappointing to get home, take the shirt out, and still find the stains.Also, I think it’s a little ridiculous not to accept cash. I’ve gone the other way and do my best not to use cards. Just my opinion.Counter persons were very nice. Turn around on item was fast.No follow-up needed/desired. Thanks for listening.

I could not find any way to contact you to make sure you understood my directions. You dry cleaned my cardigan sweater and knit shirt. They have been machine washed MANY times. Therefore, I was significantly overcharged. I had tried to let you know to wash my clothes rather than dry clean. Martha

Was told initially everything would be ready on the 16th and it wasn’t, so had to come back the next day. The sweater had a small amount of spit up from my infant child on the shoulder that didn’t come out. And my biggest issue is the comforter we had cleaned. Not only did it come back looking like a wrinkled mess, the actual comforter inside the cover is completely bunched up and we can’t get it to lay flat.

I brought in a two pair pants and a coat to the Mulberry Promenade, Eagan, MN. The pants on order 31019855 were dry cleaned and not creased when pressed. This is disappointing as I planned for both items for my upcoming business tripon Monday, Jan. 7. I have been a vocal supporter to friends of your operation and two of my friends have complained regarding the service provided. I thought these were unique incidents and now I have encountered an issue. I am preplexed as to why the pants were not creased. Is this type of service eligible for a refund, since I will now need to seek alternate clothing plans?

I was emailed at 2:24 that my order was ready and at 5:15 when I went to pick it up, I was told that some of my items were still on the truck and not there and she could not give me an eta. I was told that they’d be there when the truck shows up.

The dress being ready one full day late meant I did not get to wear it for the event I planned. I did not get s call or text that it was not ready and did not find out until I got to the shop.One half off is nice, but it’s still very poor service.

I was told at time of drop off that my item was eligible for the summer discount promotion. When I picked up my item the coupon was not applied and the employee handling my checkout had a very bad attitude about me questioning why the coupon had not been applied. It was an unpleasant experience and makes me question using your brand in the future.

Again, an item of clothing was not returned with my order. I stopped coming to Mulberrys a couple ears ago because several items were lost, and I had to be reimbursed. I began coming again, and now, another item is lost. I’ll go through the same “give us 2 weeks to look for it” process I went trough last time. Our clothes are expensive. Stop losing them!

Last week when I dropped off 5 items, your worker tried to give me item that was not mine. When I got home there was a voicemail message saying I needed to pick up an item " that maybe your mother didn't know belonged to you". I called back to explain I was the same person who refused it the first time. So on Thursday I pick up my 5 items and I get home and there is the "not my item" again. I returned it on Saturday. There is a communication issue here and an inconvenience for me. On another issue I returned a skirt that was incorrectly pressed or over pressed : all the seams were visible on the surface. I am hoping it can be re pressed without permanent damage to the garment. Thank you for the opportunity to review the service.

Your staff was fine. It was the leather specialist you send out to. It took over three weeks to do a simple hem glue on a tiny shirt. Then when I finally got my shirt back it was so poorly done, a third of it wasn't even glued. Then I had to wait four more days for what I should have just figured out how to do myself. And They charged me 30 dollars for that disaster. Maybe you should re-think your association with this leather "specialist. "

I used the new home pick-up and delivery service. My items were not delivered when I scheduled them to be and were quite late. I then received a call from an apartment complex that I lived in 7 years ago saying my dry cleaning had been delivered to them. This old address was nowhere on my order. When I called customer service they apologized and said they would remedy the situation. Later that evening only 2 of my 7 items were delivered. After speaking with the driver he apologized and said he would be back soon. He never returned. The next day I didn't hear anything from Mulberry's and did not receive my missing items.I called customer service again and they informed me my items were at the Edina store. I explained the situation again (I'm not sure why there were no notes in my file after my interactions the previous day) and they figured out that the apartment office was closed and therefore the driver could not get the items. So why did a driver not go back the next day? It seemed that there was no follow-up on Mulberry's part. I was asked to get the office hours and call back. When I did a different customer service person answered and I was forced to explain my situation for the third time (again, why were there no notes in my file?!). I also explained that I had not received the 50% off for a coupon that I used for my order. I was told that separate people would get back to me the following day about my clothing and the coupon code. No one ever got back to me. However, my clothes were delivered the next day and it appears my bill was comped.For the last month since this happened I have been receiving emails saying that my clothes were ready to be picked up at the Edina store. I ignored them since they had been delivered. Today I received an email saying that because I did not pick up my clothes they were going into storage and I would be charged a storage fee. I called customer service to make sure that I would not be charged a fee for storing clothes that were now hanging in my closet. The customer service person I spoke with kept insisting my clothes were at the Edina store. She was not listening to me and was very rude. I asked for someone else to talk to and she gave me the number for the Edina store. The Edina store did confirm that my clothes were indeed not there and assured me I would not be charged. Apparently there were no notes in my file because I once again had to explain what happened.The only reason I am giving a 2/5 is because my clothes were clean and eventually returned to me. It is incredibly frustrating that I am the one that had to follow up on this issue. To have over $500 worth of clothes delivered to the wrong address is appalling. That fact that I had to re-explain the situation every time I called is unacceptable. Also, I should not have continued getting emails, nor should I have to deal with rude customer service. This experience has been terrible and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I suggest Mulberry's shore up their online system and do a better job tracking customer's issues.

we dropped off last Tuesday and requested a one day turnaround. They said it was already picked up by central but see what they could do. No call back, clothing came today Friday.
