Minneapolis StoreI am always extremely satisfied with how clean my clothes are when I get them back. The only thing that is somewhat frustrating is the pricing/receipt. The receipt just shows the total amount of the purchase and when I look at my account online, I see, for example in my most recent order, six items priced at $7.99 each, which comes to a total of $47.94. However, my bill was just over $67. I'm fine if there were upcharges, but I would at least like to know what the upcharges are for. I have asked at the counter when I am paying and the customer service agent has never been able to explain it to me so I just stop asking. I just wish this were more transparent. Thank you.

Minneapolis StoreI tried to use the app and it didn't work. I had to call 3 times to get someone to help. After that, it was a good experience with pickup/delivery. We tried the app b/c there was a 50% credit. I think it will be easier just to use the scheduled route times for pickup/delivery. I still wish there was some way you could provide a recipe with the delivery showing the TOTAL of what will be charged on our card for the cleaning. As of now, it is just a receipt for what is in each bag - no total.

Minneapolis StoreNo need to apologize. There was nothing wrong with my Mulberry experience. However, it was also not extraordinarily different than any other dry cleaner that I've gone to. Thus, a 3 seemed appropriate.

Minneapolis StoreCustomer services at my location is great, but the fluxuation in pricing is a source of constant irritation. I've brought the same pieces in for the same service and been charged different prices each time within a $5-$7 range. There could be more clarification on pricing.

Minneapolis StoreI've been going to Mulberrys for years and have generally been pleased with the service. But I recently moved and decided to try the delivery service, and my experience wasn't what I expected from Mullberrys. I scheduled the pickup for Thursday, November 17 between 8 and 5, and got an email confirmation. I left a bag on my front stoop when I left for work before 8. When I came home after 5 on Thursday, the bag was still there. I hadn't received a call or anything regarding why my order wasn't picked up. I called the number on your website, and the customer service person was nice and apologized, but didn't know the reason for the oversight, and offered to pick up my order first thing the next day (Friday) with the same drop off time. I was satisfied.
But then on Friday mid-day, I got a call saying the delivery driver didn't pick anything up because nothing was left on my porch. That freaked me out because I did leave a bag with a lot of my favorite clothes on my porch, in a very conspicuous spot right in front of my door. I thought my stuff had been stolen. The caller said the driver would go back and look for my bag again. I didn't hear anything for a few hours, so I called back and got a confirmation that the driver did find and pick up my order. Everything ended up fine, but the whole process was an unnecessary headache.
Unrelated to the whole pick-up ordeal, I got a call a few hours later on Friday that the couch cushion covers I left in my bag couldn't be cleaned because you don't do them, and they'd be returned with the rest of my stuff on Monday, Nov. 21. I had hoped to get the covers cleaned before Thanksgiving, but now I don't have enough time to find someone who will do it and get it done in time, so I'll have to put the dirty covers back on for Thanksgiving, then take them off again later, which just adds to my workload during a very busy time of year.

Minneapolis StoreI have been a very satisfied customer for many years and happy with the quality of your service but approximately a month ago I lost a shirt in the process of having it cleaned which was brand new so not identified before. It was a purple and white checked Peter Millar button down dress shirt received from the North Oaks Golf Club as part of our July 28th Acorn cup event. The retail price was $125. I have traded calls at least twice to discuss with a manager but have not yet been able to speak to some one or resolve this. I am fine with a credit on my account to cover this and typically spend between $75 and $95 per month on laundry service with you. Minneapolis StoreI like the cleaning services that Mulberrys provides. Deliveries have been mostly reliable but occasional issues bring down my rating. I have had trouble with their promotions, including paying for a promotional offer that was never delivered. (Fortunately customer service refunded my money).

Minneapolis StoreI had a zipper replaced in my leather coat. I had specified zipper replacement only; no cleaning. I had also asked that I be contacted with an estimate before completing the repair. I did not receive an estimate and the coat has been cleaned. I knew that the zipper replacement was going to be expensive and that is why I didn't want the coat cleaned. It looks great! But it is not what I asked for.
