Minneapolis StoreFor a child's first communion dress preservation I paid over $200 for it. Seems a little high to me for a small dress.

Minneapolis StoreThe staff member that helped me was not friendly. I have been going to mulberrys on lyndale for years and the past couple of time I pick the staff are not engaged with me. My clothes came out great I just wish the staff was friendly like they use to be.

Minneapolis StoreHello,When I asked for quotes before approving my last alterations and shoe repair, the final cost came in higher for both items. I'm not sure why I was quoted one thing and then charged another after I gave the "go ahead."

Minneapolis StoreCashier that took my garment was nice. The one that checked me out was rude. No eye contact, and smacked her gum. My dress turned out great.

Minneapolis StoreI was charged twice for a sport coat. Despite protesting this at the site the counter person continued to insist that I was just being given a surcharge for a linen shirt. I don't mind paying the surcharge, but if you look at the receipt it clearly states there are two pieces and I was charged 7.99 for a suit jacket, 7.99 for a hart shaffner sport coat and 2.99 for a linen shirt. So I should have been charged 3.49 for a shirt, 2.99 for a linen surcharge and 7.99, not 22 dollars. Also I brought the clothes in at 7:30 on Thursday. I was told they couldn't be done until Tuesday at Five. I said that was not acceptable. She said then I have to pay a same day surcharge. I stated that I had brought clothes in on a Thursday am before and they were done by Friday at 5, without a surcharge. I was told they were backed up and it was a "production issue." She said I could could them Friday at 5 without a surcharge "this one time." I don't think having changing standards from week to week regarding pricing is fair or appropriate. You guys need to be a little more on top of things over there.Lastly, Ruth, the counter person on weekends on Grand is always super helpful and great to work with. I always am pleased to see her, and I think she would have worked with me to resolve this issue. Thanks,Mark and Melissa Sutherland

Minneapolis StoreThere was a spot on my pants, the main reason I sent them to get cleaned, which was still there when I got them back. I don't believe it is something that couldn't be removed.

Minneapolis StoreSometimes I will get my items of clothing back and they are still soiled or I've had hems altered which unravel within a week.

Minneapolis StoreThe shirt I had cleaned was done just fine however it was returned to another person at my work site. The bag was marked with her name but the shirt belonged to me and thankfully we connected and I got it back.

Minneapolis StorePants look good as always however dress shirts look terrible, almost unfinished. Sleeves are very wrinkled. I noticed that Mulberrys presses the collar with the collar stays in which leaves an impression on the outside of the collar. Why do they do this?? I take out the collar stays from my shirt to prevent Mulberrys from doing this but they go ahead and include there own which are too big and think for my shirts. Again showing creases on my very expensive dress shirts. I'm definitely better off washing and ironing my shirts on my own.

Minneapolis StoreI consistently feel overcharged and I will likely change back to my old service. I bring in shirts for laundry, and there are significant extra charges for spots, buttons, added care, etc. that I don't hear about unless I question the bill. employees are fine, hours are handy, location is good. But the constant up charging to 5-6 bucks a shirt is outrageous, particularly without warning or approval. Your price board should read: "Laundered shirts.....Price available upon request", for more accuracy.
