The lady ahead of me at the counter was picking up enough dry cleaning to outfit a small army. Waiting too long for that transaction kept the rating to 4 out of 5 stars. I'm very satisfied in all other aspects. Also, Mulberry is pricey but good.

The service was great as usual. I pick up my clothes in the closet at the front of my office. I was the first in my office to use your service, but word of mouth has led to many of my colleagues using your service too. What I always find challenging is that when I go to the closet to look for my clothes, there are often clothes for many other people and when I check the piece of paper on the outside that says the customer's name, the print is just so tiny. It's a hassle trying to discern the names. If there were something you could to to print the customer names in bigger letters, so that it's easier for us to lay our eyes on which ones are ours, that would be great.

I appreciate the emails that I have started getting letting me know that my order is ready since in the past I have been told my order will be ready at a certain time and when I come in after that time I am told that it is not ready yet. (I can understand if there was inclement weather or some other factor but that didn't seem to be the case.)

Delivery was fine but I got an email at 8:15am saying that the clothes had been delivered but they were not actually until after 10am. Just a hiccup in the system, I am sure.Jim
