Minneapolis StoreEven the itemized receipt does not list what I am being charged for. It just has the invoice number and an amount. From a consumer stand point, most people want to know exactly what they are being charged for. If pants are $7.99 to be dry cleaned and i am charged for almost $13, then what is the difference in the price? Tax? Should be easily readable on the receipt.

Minneapolis StoreI wish you had itemized receipts to know exactly what I am paying for! Even if i do get a receipt back, it is hard to tell how much i am paying for something. I see on the service menu that a pair of pants to be dry cleaned is $7.99, and my total was almost $13? was the extra for tax or for a cleaning fee?

Minneapolis StoreThe delivery was prompt and the service was fantastic! The only issue is the online system. I could not change my pick-up time online, and the promo code I wanted to use was not applied to my bill, which is why I decided to try out the delivery/pick-up in the first place.Other than that small issue, you guys rock!
