Minneapolis StoreI was beyond impressed with the cleaning of my duvet cover, but the pressing was less than stellar. There were very clear creases and I don't believe starch was used even though I requested it. I'll absolutely try Mulberry's again because my comforter was as white as it was when new!

Minneapolis StoreI didn't have any problem with the service particularly - I just think for a Friday morning drop off before 8am it is a long turnaround to not get my items back before Monday at 5pm, given that many competitors do provide same-day service for that timing.

Minneapolis StoreThe collars on my shirts aren't always creased where the tie button connects. I frequently have to re-iron the collars as they are folded over and creased in a different spot than the seam.If we could get that resolved, we'd be back to perfect. Great customer service. Chanda is always very friendly and positive.

Minneapolis StoreIn store help is ok. Notes on account requesting small collar stays continue to be ignored. I've received medium and large collar stays on the same shirts (different designs, colors) regardless of request. Both of these end up ruining the shirts collar, protruding the cut and lines of the shirts design. Please fix this.
