Originally delivery set-up was confused between email alerts and my phone conversations. I had set up Monday pickup & deliveries, but then received an email on the first Monday asking if I wanted to schedule a pickup. I did. I subsequently discovered that the email was for a concierge service Mulberry's had apparently contracted with. As a result, my original (phone-scheduled) delivery for 10am happened but then the concierge service was frustratedly wandering around for a few hours trying desperately to figure out what had happened. Although I called Mulberry's (Grand Ave.) to ask them to call the poor concierge drivers, I finally figured out how to cancel the on-line pickup online.Sending out a "Do you want a pickup today" when I already have an on-going pickup/delivery date is confusing.Also, when I was gone on two different Mondays, I had called to cancel my pickup/delivery and the driver didn't get the message on either Monday. (The first Monday I canceled on the previous Friday; the second Monday I canceled as soon as the store opened - at 7am - and the driver still didn't get the message.)

I do not know if it would be efficient for you, and perhaps they already do it but maybe too fast: Check for spots before dry cleaning. Before I sent one of my winter coats I noticed there were a few very small brown dots on my coat and as I tried to get them off with my fingernails they partially came off, the very little tiny spots are still there. Thank you!

Everything happened on time and the quality is excellent. My major gripe is with the app and the website, which are non-intuitive and very slow to work with. Definitely could be improved.

Your service is quite wonderful; the best dry cleaning service I have ever experienced. The most recent delivery contained a confusing note which said that I still owed ~$18.00The less than perfect rating is because I could not decipher the extra charge and why it was not claimed on my credit card.Other than that last confusion I love Mulberrys and would not go anywhere else.R Dibble

Leave personal conversation and phone call out of the work place. 'talk, talk..i love you'. "Sorry"Inform customer cost of order so order doesn't have to be changed. i had to ask cost after it was rung up.

I was disappointed that the person at the counter did not know that you do not press draperies. If I had known, I would have taken them with me to another dry cleaners.

The app didn't show that my items had been picked up, nothing really showed in the app until the items had been delivered to me. I had an item being hemmed and that item didn't show anywhere in the system so I had to reach out to ensure the item wasn't lost and to get the delivery date.
