I sent customer care an email - one of my pants had a rip by the clasp, are they able to repair?I was very happy with the speediness and turn around time/delivery. I wasn’t thrilled about the plastic garment bags they used to drop off. I did send my clothes off in a resizable dry cleaning bag I didn’t receive back. What is the best way to send clothes to dry cleaning and minimize the plastic used?

I received a text message within 48 hours of my drop off saying that my order was past due 30 days. Definitely a glitch in the system but for my first experience there it was a bit odd

I recieved an email saying my item was ready (even though it was earlier than what I was told but I figured might have gotten done early since it was a simple hem) . When i came in i was told that no, it wasn't ready and that it was simply a "test email". No where on the email did it say it was a test or was i told i would be getting a test email. I found that to be strange and inconvenient.I also found it interesting that when i went in to get a hem I was told only the manager knows how and then tried to figure out when I could come back in. I simply guessed the amount to be hemmed bc otherwise it would have taken days to line up our schedules. I would think if you have a service listed everyone who works there should have some common knowledge on everything.

Service was good and staff were friendly. As a first time customer, I was not entirely clear on the process (are my items tagged, will I get a follow up, etc.). I did get email updates which was great.

I brought my suit in for cleaning on a special wooden suit hanger. When I picked it up the suit was on two Mulberry's hangers. I asked the service agent if I could have my own hanger back and it looked like it was going to be a hassle. Luckily I could see my hanger on a rack up against the back wall. I would have liked for my suit to be returned on the hanger that it was brought in on. I also would have liked for the customer service to be a little more friendly and personable.
